It looks great -nods- we adopted her from the shelter and they are the ones treating her so they know. We are 99 % positive she got it at the shelter because she was sick so soon after coming home. Poor dear. At they'll quarantine her for us for the week--this will also give them a chance to make sure she's doing well. Just gonna be hard to do that at our home so it's best if we let them keep her for a little longer and make sure she's 100% ready to come home :D I know I'm going to be so chatty on the way up that I'll probably need to provide people with ear plugs ;)

The colors it's showing they come in are : Gray, Coral, Yellow, Blue and Turquoise. I'm not crazy about the coral and detest the yellow but any of the others work for me.

She was perfectly fine just wide awake DX I tried putting her down and she would just grunt and wiggle like crazy. Picked her up after 20 mins and she instantly fell asleep -_- Lol spoiled.

Yeah, it's funny how all the strays seem to find us. We feed about 4-5 strays/neighborhood cats as well as our 11. Plus racoons and opossums 😂 We just have a zoo!

I've never had one but so far I would agree. LOL you mean other than practically dancing? I am currently painting some nutcrackers. Also washed all fabric dog toys in the washing machine and now am washing her pillow and pillow case. Tomorrow it'll be washing my car and then putting one of the tarps from the craft room in a little bit of blech for a few minutes and washing the tarp before draping it over my car to dry. We have 4 tarps in the craft room which is where the dog's crate is so I want to clean all the tarps--then hoover the carpets and put it all back down. Also plan on getting the Christmas villages up. I put one of the trees up yesterday as well. I'll have to hoover the entire house before I do get Melody back but that's fine. :D I'm hoping to get something sewn for my shop too lol so we'll see if i can get it all done XD. ooh football is fun. Who's your team?

lol i agree 100% See i thought that was odd too. they said don't let her out of the crate, etc... Then the shelter called this afternoon. They've got so many dogs now that have parvo so they need the space to get them cared for and we need to come get Melody. But now this conflicts with what they told me the night before--so I called our vet and told them the situation. They've said she doesnt need to be kept away from the kitties. In fact she can go about the house as normal--Because we have no other dogs. Now, they did tell us no dogs over inside the house for 2 months and no dogs in the back garden for 8 months LOL but since we don't know anyone with dogs and are social distancing anyway that's totally fine. And in a week I can walk her around the neighbourhood--which makes me super pleased.

I have three cats; they were all adopted from the no kill shelter - two were strays and one was confiscated from a hoarder.

the last one caught calicavirus before we got him but didn't show up on tests till we had him at home. He is pretty sickly still but it's eight years later so it's gone pretty well all things considered. they are all strong personalities which I love in cats!
