okay okay i gotta get into the homework mindset tonite. heres me list:

luckily they were cool people and helped me register for classes. also told me that apparently i need to submit my vaccination records by december 1 or they'll put a hold on my account

im so glad i stayed behind to do work, otherwise i would gone back 2 bed and prob not addressed it til there was already a hold on the account. last semester i didnt register for classes until AFTER it already closed and they had to open it up just for me

my school put a hold on my account and it took my doctor freaking forever to get anything to me, then I was missing meningitis and polio, and then it would've taken over a week to get titers for those done.... and I figured out I could've gone to the health department back in August and never ran into this problem. But I had to go through some hella triggering stuff and tell them my birth name and everything. At least they were so nice and merged my records under the correct name before even calling me to confirm what vaccines I needed records of. Like, the lady didn't act weird about me at all, she sounded like one of those elderly black women that just take care of everybody and she was like baby we're gonna keep you in school lol.

I just had some super confusing Mandarin homework, we've been going over a conversation where... there's no comma. But the blank in the homework was blank , blank and I was like ??? what do. So I smushed sentences together as best as I could, I was like well maybe there's a comma because we're at the beginning of the convo so the person could be like nin hao! So I did nin hao, nin huan shenme qian... other person be like wo huan renminbi ok we doing ok so far. But then their next sentence skipped all the way to xiexie so I was like hold up we gotta exchange some money ok ok lemme put qing deng yihair, gei nin qian. So that fit my 2nd blank , blank thing but we're like jumping through the convo too quick ??? so I still do cornfuzzle. But I finished strong with xiexie / bu keqi and I feel like an idiot sandwich omg I can't wait to see my professor be like welp this is the first not 10/10 you got lmao

hey so I forgot I had an extra credit assignment until literally the last minute and banged out a 2 page paper in like 30min and I'm feeling pretty good about how I did on it. It's worth like 5% of my final grade so I really wanted to get it turned in!

I'm excited about being on break, I don't have homework this week. But Friday is going to be rough because there's 21 cats to take care of and usually it's just like 9. But I have 5 hours to get it done before I have to be at my other job, and 9 usually takes 1.5 hours, so I think I can handle it fine. Just really nervous about feeding so many. I'm thinking I'll split it in half, get half ready and fed then go back and do the second half so I don't get confused.

Not sure why I can't sleep tho. I'm sorta excited for James to come over at 11, he said he's giving me a birthday paddling and I'm like :o he's always a lot of fun. Then we gotta get stuff ready for Thanksgiving and go see Mariah's family Thursday. I was trying to visit my parents Wednesday evening but their schedules are nuts this week so I'll go visit closer to Christmas maybe after my classes are done. I feel like they've kinda pushed me away, idk, just seems that way so I'm trying to focus on doing my own thing more.
