I'm grossed out by mayo so my vote is definitely for mustard.
Both have their purpose, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd pick mustard.
Why must we pit two bad bitches against one another? Mustard is so tasty, but mayo has more utility as bases for other things.
Please be patient! I just got back and im lost, confused, and a little hungry.
mustard. i need to have mayo in my tuna sammies but other than that i really dont enjoy the taste or texture of it
can bite for: ant agony, bulbous, clamorous, creeping, death roe, deathgrip, doom bloom, eau de ceased, escargloom, fevermore, lotus, metalmorphosis, mistery meat, snack o lantern, stalacbite, threadful, wrapture, yggdrakill
Depends on what it goes with. If by itself as a dipping sauce then mustard, however if it's on a sandwich then mayo. HOWEVER however I prefer the combo of both for most sandwiches
My vote's for mayo all the way
I enjoy both but I gotta say mustard is superior. Our fridge contains multiple variations of mustard at any given time; regular yellow, spicy brown, even beer mustard. Love the stuff.
If it's regualr yellow mustard, I'll choose mayo. If it's a dijon mustard that's a different story.
Mayonnaise. Well, not just because i love it, it's more versatile
I'm not a sauce guy, but i gotta say mayo
I'm not a fan of either, but i feel that mayo offers more in terms of taste and versatility than mustard
only downside is mayonaisse isn't an instrument :(
Technically neither but I'm a Miracle Whip girlie. I thought it was mayonnaise for the first 12 years of my life lol
Mayonnaise is so much more of an essential for a sandwich than mustard

Mustard. It can be used for so many different foods, and is essential in tuna/chicken/potato salad. It can be used along meats in sauces and/or marinades to flavor it, and is really good on a bologna sandwich.

I vote mayonnaise, definitely not off brand.
Depends on what I'm eating. If I was forced to eat, like, a squirt of plain mustard vs. mayo, I'd pick mustard because mayo gives me the ick but like. If I'm eating a hotdog--mustard. If I'm making tuna salad--mayo. Also, kewpie mayo is the superior mayo.
Not a big fan of mayo, I suspect it's the raw egg yolks in it that gets to me. If I need emulsified oil on my bread, I'll use garlic oil to make an aioli. I enjoy the variety of mustards available. As long as it's not the plain school-bus yellow stuff I'd put mustard on a chocolate bar.
