Hiya! I'm glad you had a good Thanksgiving. We had all of our family over and then also had a friendsgiving the day before :) They finished up with the electricity project around 11 today. So now our house is full updated on that part yay!

BLOODY HELL!

My car's axle and lower control arm have come off...the axle is trashed, and the control arm is disconnected from it's socket. I know what caused this, I saw the bolt that holds the ball joint is missing. So when I went on a speed bump the arm came out, which meant the knuckle was moving outside it's normal range, which pulled on the transmission end of the axle. This stretched the joint too much and blew it out. I cannot move the car at all, and will have to wait about an hour for a tow. This I can repair, but I'll have to do the job at home, my first of that kind.

I'll make certain to look into the warranty on the axle I bought, and get replacements for the control arm bolt. I'm not letting this stop so easily. Mine know what to do, now I have to get in gear.

Hello..thanks anonomoose gifter for 2 gifts. :) Anyone see my tree? It is missing. I can't decorate a tree that is invisible,though that might be a new tree theme right? It will have decorations hanging in mid air.....naaaah i don't think that'll work.I'll have to put posters up for the missing tree. It was a snow covered tree about 6 feet tall.

Can't see mine neither, but then again mine never put one. So odd to see gifts under nothing...or gifts at all...

oh car accidents are scary..i hope your nro will be oksy in the long run!!what injuries hs he sustained> My brother has a second birthday on 12/12 as it was the day of his bad motoercycle crash when a lady PLOWED into him and he lived.! It was several years for the road to recovery..he had to learn to do everything over again using a different((rewiring))of his brain
He had to wear a helmet for a long time r/t the swelling and the scull part that had to stay removed because of the brain swelling. Myk called it his Brian bucket.That was what got me back into the nursing profession after so many helped him for so long in the ICU, I wantedto help someone elses family member like that ..so off to school i went.to fimnish nursing school i had starred years ago.

Anyways dont ever give up on his abilities physical or mental..keep encouragment high but depending how hi is doing maybe some easy cardgames are fun for him to get to make some choices,,when alot of them are taken from you while in the hospital. I pray that he gets stronger and better every day for you to see improvement!!

This sounds serious!! Something like this happened to my socks too.They keep disappearing too.

hehe it happens with my socks too but only one sock from each pair...so I'm left with mismatched :P Maybe it will be a new trend.

I'm only missing one of each sock too.Size 11 socks,how do you lose them? The dryer has them somewhere.

not sure...either the washer or the dryer eats them...then they are never to be seen again. I was babysitting a cat for a friend recently and the cat found a sock and presented it to me. It was a long lost sock so don't know where she found it...unless she forced the dryer to cough it up...but where are the others? Might need to babysit that cat again soon :)
