August 5: I enjoy cinnamon! There are a lot of yummy things that contain cinnamon.

Aug. 5 - I enjoy coffee! I recently upped my coffee game, I ditched my Keurig and got a little hand grinder and a french press. It's awesome! I also found this monthly subscription that sends me a bag of coffee beans from a different local coffee roaster every month. :)

Aug 5th Today I enjoyed indian takeaway! I have a lot of allergies so takeaway food is usually a no-no, but the local indian as a whole bunch of dairy/gluten free stuff :) Spicy though hahaha chugs rice milk... which doesn't quite stop the burning

5 August Today I'm enjoying a new favorite essential oil blend in my diffuser: grapefruit, lemon, and spearmint.
