Just here to complain honestly, it's so frustrating that we haven't gotten any word from staff if they even know about this, or are working on it. Till friend requests are fixed I would even love a quick Band-Aid fix of being able to transfer pets without having to be friends.

But we need the block system to work, for users peace of mind and safely.

that's really stupid that the friends page doesn't work. you cannot find friends, invite new ones or get help via the buddy function. hopefully this will be fixed quickly

here to complain too at this point 🤷🏻‍♀️ would have at least been nice if this had been mentioned within the 3-4 updates we’ve gotten over the last 4 days. staff have been pinged directly and it looks like it’s been ignored. this is ridiculously frustrating at this point, as it’s going on a month now without being able to access my friends list and feeling anxious because the block feature is broken 👌🏻 we just want to know that it’s being addressed lol

it's so bizarre to me that there hasn't even been a "we're working on it!" post almost a month into this problem? like, this isn't a small thing that only a handful of people on site use, it's a fundamental site feature.

I feel like if anything the block feature should be fixed. It really creates an unsupportive environment when you literally can't escape abusers.

i cannot wrap my head around why no one is even acknowledging this problem? the block system is a basic, fundamental feature that has to do with safety and privacy and i think its unacceptable to let it drag on for a month. safety and privacy is the only thing that gives users peace of mind while playing this game. at this point, i feel unsafe and unheard, and my frustration is teeming over. please, will someone just talk to us??? i might just dip until this gets acknowledged tbh.

I'm here to complain again sorry, but hearing that they actively know about it as said by @/Angelina in the sb, yet there not working on fixing it — BUT instead working on new features to try and lure new users, WHILE the most important feature is broken??? How do expect new users to be able to play when one of the most basic features is broken. Almost more importantly with that is the block feature being broken, so yeah come on in new users, but sorry if someone starts harrassing you or bulling you, you can't block them :) hope that's alright! Like come on now.

Maybe try and fix these broken issues first to make the site more safe and playable before you go on to new stuff — especially when it's something as important as friend requests and blocking.

Okay. Sorry I had to vent, I love subeta so much, I'm just so frustrated at this point, since it's been [I]months[/I] without even so much as a word.

can’t believe how much outrage that took to get a simple “it’s being handled.” I hate being a complainer but seriously….I trust this site with my wallet less and less these days. a whole month of being ignored and feeling uncomfortable. yikes.
