Cause it threw off your circadian rhythms? Did you feel rested after sleeping that late though?

Is it exhaustion or could it be stress? Cause when I get stressed I cough and have to keep clearing my throat. It's from a type of acid reflux but I've heard it can cause laryngitis too. Either way it sucks!!

Reddit has some helpful forums and that's how I figured out what I have. I had went to the dr right before the pandemic and I think he thought I had reflux but I didn't think so, so I didn't go back - but I intend to very soon to find out the exact condition. It's not fun coughing out in public these days. lol

Hey there!! I love preserving foods!! I haven't done much canning but I love using my food dehydrator!! Your poor hubs!! Shingles is not fun and takes weeks to feel good again.

I want to try my hand at canning and freezing veggies and such. My mom used to do that and now that I have a garden going, I don't want to let anything go to waste since my family doesn't eat everything as soon as it is harvested.
