My day was going well until I got home to an unexpected bill. Fricken Medicare SUCKS!! I have to pay $750.00 NOW. It's for 4 months worth - I have to pay it and then call and tell them to bill me monthly. (will then be188.00 a month) And then next year when I go on Social security it will automatically come out of that. And yesterday was horrible - I couldn't upload our timesheets because they said we didn't have our contracts done. But then yesterday afternoon Liz's case manager FINALLY called and said it was a mistake on their end... 😳 And it's fixed now. Whew!! Turning 65 SUCKS so much due to healthcare BS!!!! I almost deleted my rant. :-D

Oh, yeah! My nesting partner's grandma turned 101 and we went to the party. Got home yesterday. :) I'm not one for reality shows--or much TV at all, really--but I hope you enjoy this season!

I don't normally talk about my age but just letting everyone know how messed up the system is and what they can look forward to. :-P

Today was much better! Liz and I went to our friend's lavender farm and hung out with her for a while. I even got to show some of her customers how to cut the lavender. But only cause I listened to her a few times and she got super busy for a few minutes. And she sent me home with 3 bundles of lavender, 2 for making food items and one just for the looks and smell, and a bottle of lavender salt. It was almost an hour drive each way and on the way home I stopped to use a bathroom and Liz spotted a dollar store that was like going into a high-end store it was so clean and organized. 😳 She was very happy and found a ton of lip balms. lol

101!! Wow that lady is doing something right!! Very cool!! I watch way more TV than I care too but my hubs and daughter always have one or two on...and neither of them know how to turn one off. :-D

She's so kind and sweet, too. I really like Nana :D Oh jeez. LOL. That's like my partner I live with. Silly boy lives for TV, where I prefer music.

Awwww and you call her Nana!! <3 I like both and listen to a lot of music too. What kinds do you listen to? I generally listen to old school R&B but have been known to listen to almost every type of music. But Rock, Jazz, Bluegrass, Rap/Hip Hop and a little Classical are my favs after R&B.
