I understand you, my healthy problems come in fall and Winter to be honest. So Summer it isn't at all a problem to me ahah And enjoy drink a good win in a Summer night and go to the beach and read a good book with sun's light. The days are bigger. I don't know, I think that I prefer all in Summer.

I made slow cooker roast last night and ate it today and it is very good. There's still plenty left for tomorrow. I want to make more coconut flour banana bread tonight too.

You're killing me! Your food sounds so much better than mine! Roast n banana bread - oh my!!! :-D Today I made refried beans in my instant pot and stir fried Shitake mushrooms. The shrooms are for my salads. :-P

Also the whole HA is awesome, of course.

refried beans are super delicious! I love them! not so sure about shitake mushrooms, they are not my favorite mushrooms for sure.

the roast was made with apple juice / apple vinegar / spices / turnip / onion / carrots / small green squash (chayote). I had it over rice and also in corn tacos.

the banana bread is still not made but if I don't do it today I'll do it tomorrow. or friday. soon, anyway.

Thank you!! It was weird but fun to make. :-) On my dog walk today I saw a rhododendron today that had so many red blooms I couldn't even see any green on it! It was so beautiful it glowed. And if it still looks as good tomorrow I'll take a pic and share it.

You make the coolest foods!! That roast sounds awesome with the the apple juice and AC vinegar. And I love chayote squash and had forgotten about it. In the past I used it in soup and really liked it. The banana bread recipe looks yum too. I may need to buy some coconut flour as I am gluten free. [edit] I forgot to tell you I am eating the shitake mushrooms for inflammation. I stir fried them and put in my salad and really don't even notice them. Also, I bought some fresh ginger and fresh turmeric and made a concoction (whirled in the blender with water and cooked for a few minutes and freezing in an ice cube tray) with them to add to my tea. Again for inflammation. Can barely taste that either. lol

that is the plan, but waiting on hubby to get me the dirt i need for my pots so i can plant, ugh. xD can't do cukes here too cold, would need a greenhouse. i finally did plant all the offspring plants from my two spider plants, i now have six more.. well as long as i don't kill them LOL xP yea they ar cool, i only want enough chickens for eggs a bit of pest control so when you can make a small coop you can add wheels and move'em around. called chicken tractors :) i really can't wait to have our own and to get away from crazy, i think cause shes a nurse she figures shes better then us, or it could be because we're young and shes not, no idea. i can't wait for ves, i have two releases for it, a wig and antlers. i also finally got a commision with Tart, so excite. a few of my recoulour orders are on hold because Maskros has to heal but i got like 27 items from Cathii, two wigs with 6 each and 15 for the antlers :D it is, and its a very expensive hobby LOL

I don't love yellow squash or zucchini, I do love acorn squash and butternut but they are so difficult to cut up, so chayote is what I end up with!
