I think you’re probably right. The weather is just bananas! Hopefully by the weekend we’ll be clear of the worst stuff. We’re finally supposed to get above freezing temperatures Sunday or something like that. It’s going to feel like a dang heat wave compared to this below zero stuff!

It is supposed to get up into the 30's next week. Looking forward to it!

Oh I hope so too! Every time they plow the parking lot it gets piled up behind my car. Of course there are no shovels here, so I basically have a big speed bump I have to drive over to get in and out of my parking spot! It is really annoying.

I’ve been driving whichever of our cars happens to be parked out on the street lol. Our parking lot is just a mess of snow and slush and probably some ice and it’s horrible trying to get out without sliding around. I’d rather just walk down our driveway and use the car on the street that I can just drive away in lol.

I only have the one car, so I either drive that or stay home. I prefer the stay home option lol. The idiot who did our parking lot and shoveled didn't shovel the sidewalk c;losest to my car (and the dumpster) so now I have to walk the long way through the lot. Which means I basically have to walk over a lot more ice! I had to walk through almost knee deep snow to get to the dumpster and then a rat jumped out at me!!! Scared me half to death! How the crap can it live in this weather?!?!?

Thanks Hun hugs that is a huge help :D now I need to figure out how to set up a calendar on my comp. I have never done that before.

I use the Microsoft works calendar constantly and have for years. If it's not listed on my calendar it doesn't get done. And easy to switch the data to another computer, I just used a flash drive to download from 1 and upload to the other.

I am not sure I have that, and I have no clue how to use it. I don't really use this comp for anything besides surfing the net and playing games lol. I am going to try to use the one that pops up when I click on the time and date. I am so lame when it comes to tech stuff :P

The calendar I use and can't be without on my computer is part of Microsoft works which includes Word, calendar, a data base, etc.

I didn't see anything like that on mine, but my comp was pretty cheap. Might be why lol. I just hope this calender I am using gives me an alert. I don't want to miss any bdays!

I would stay home too if I could lol. Unfortunately I have to work the weekdays. Omg a RAT?! Yikes! I thought those things hid in the winter like everything else! Although I did see a squirrel recently while driving to work but I think that was before our freezing cold...but still, I thought they did the hibernating thing too! Wtf lol.

I hope survival starts this weekend and they extend it for a few days to make up for being late, give us time to get skins.

Yeah I don't understand how they are not frozen solid! I tried to throw out a couple of bags earlier and two jumped out and ran under the dumpster and I could still hear something moving inside. I freaked out and took the bag back inside lmao! I will take them out during the day. Our squirrels are running around every day. I always feed the ones around here, They LOVE peanut butter sandwiches :D I have one that comes up and kinda knocks on the door when he wants his sandwich. It is so cute!

Survival is delayed again, but it what they are doing to make up for that is nice. I like the idea of the shortened times for the skins.

So survival is delayed but will be the same length. Plus less time and less stages for skins, which is great. Noticed though that they didn't mention a possible start day so guess that's still pending. As long as it doesn't mess with Masquerade.

I wonder if they may just shift everything slightly. Although I definitely would not mind Survival to End and then Masquerade to start up right after instead of waiting for a bit.

Yes, Masq is one of my favorite Subeta holidays. I only see survival as a challenge how many skins I can grab before it ends. Love changing my dress every day for Masq and the steam shop usually has some cool stuff. I still have lots of trinkets from last year in my vault so I can buy whatever I want as soon as it starts.

As long as all the events this year last as long as they are supposed to, then I have no problem with something being delayed :)

I don't mind when events are postponed/pushed back. Actually, a lot of events have been changed to either be longer or easier, as with the survival skins and New Years tokens. :)
