Hi all! I tried Melatonin and it worked great at first. But then my body starting getting used to it, and I had to take 2 pills instead of 1. My friend told me that was the same for her. She had to keep taking more. So I quit using it except for every now and then.

OK, 1st vent of the year. This time it is the not so blendy Windows / Google. Two days ago I had to sadly remove Libre Office as Windows blocked me from opening or updating it. OK, needing something for Word the only thing and believe me I looked and every damn answer was the same: you got to get Office 365 period and pay $70 annually but they help you for free. So I did that, pissed yes. Was playing here earlier when suddenly I couldn't open a tab (I save tabs to open again). Google has not liked how I handle ads in that I don't want them, and made no bones about telling me. So I thought it was a Google problem. Thank God I can ask questions on my Smart TV internet. Settled first on rebooting my pc, then the black page became a white page. Then I noticed "OneDrive" opening up, took several tried to ask windows for the default settings. Finally I was able to disable it. Then surprise Google opened up again for me and I immediately changed my ad setting to suit me and Google. Meanwhile I've lost several hours, that's right, hours. And it's not as though I don't know these office items I do. Went to classes after my last job to brush up and you had to get a score of 100 every day in each offering of Office. And I did that. It's the principle of the thing. I wanted to try something new and give my support. Nice dream till I got woke up.

What a totally unnecessary pita! I hate crap like that. I get so lost and nothing works and I get so frustrated I just want to throw things.

Working with homeless youth taught me one thing, I went from not using language to swearing like a pirate when needed, I have had need for awhile now. After my last post I thought I'd try and order from CVS, but I had to disconnect my VPN in order to contact them.

Speaking of throwing things, CATAPAULT!

What VPN do you have? Been thinking about getting one but other than what they are supposed to do I know nothing. Done a cursory search for options but that's it so far.
