- I have to go out tomorrow and I'm DREADING it but I have no choice. It's grocery shopping day and we're out of a lot. I have been getting migraines the past 4 mornings now and I'm pretty sure it's all of the stress lol Luckily my prescription medicine for them takes care of it quickly. I hate when I get the really bad ones that take a day or more to get rid of!

My Christmas has been like most of the past year. Lots of ups and downs. Super stressed yesterday (and as it turned out one thing I stressed about was completely my own fault, sigh, but that is fixed now thankfully). Ended yesterday with a yummy if not so Christmasy dinner (grilled cheese sandwiches and salad), We enjoyed Christmas cookies from my brother which I didn't know we had because we thought the box was one of the gifts he sent mom but her two gifts are in the same package. So glad he told us or mom would have been surprised opening it today. lol And we have a very white Christmas with 3 to 4 inches of snow.

Today woke up with a migraine. It's better now, or I'd not be online, and I can take more meds about now so hopefully it will be all gone soon.

Had to heart your HA! So sorry for the headaches that seem to plague you more than usual lately. So much that's not good going on in the world today that's not good that I'm surprised we don't all have migraines morning till night. Don't feel bad I'm having lemon rosemary chicken with Spanish rice and broccoli that I picked up at a Deli near my house yesterday, thankfully. Bought it after trying to shop at Whole Foods and not being able to use the locker in my area as it was not listed after spending (wasting) time shopping. Would have been nice since the Governor allowed use of EBT there.

Thank you! It took taking meds twice and a nice hot shower and it's nearly gone now. Agree, with the up and down, hope vs despair that has been happening since March it's amazing we can sleep and don't have headaches all the time. I think mine lately might also be because of the super dryness of the air. But I don't really know.

That sounds yummy. We got chinese food a couple days ago we saved to have tonight. It was very good. All in all a weird holiday with some good spots. lol

This is going to sound so weird. Reconnected with a very dear friend just now from the my 20ties, she ended up marring and moving to ME my home state. We managed to keep in touch till my mid 40ties. Then my world started falling apart starting with the man I owned this condo with walking out on me after six years. Mad scramble to often work two jobs. At last I got him to refinance, back up to 15 year morty. Of course I was the only one paying the bills. Paid this place off and am still by myself. Love it! But tonight was magical.

sorry sweetie. Feel better. I was getting nose bleeds and unable to sleep due to dryness. Using a nose spray that finally works, xlear I got off Amazon, and a humidifier/diffuser. Seems to help.

I had a busy, but nice Christmas with mom, dmystry, and her family. Resting today.

I had a lovely Christmas. It was just wonderful to get to be with my family. And the food was good too! But I really wish I hadn't forgotten to take pictures. I wanted to. I don't know how many I will have with my parents, and all are precious.

Now this will sound maybe a bit strange, but my sleep pattern had changed so I tried something to help work with it. The cardio-vascular stuff I have going on limits me and I did not want medication so settled on Olly Kids Sleep as dosage also matters. If I take two (child max dose) I will hallucinate the minute I close my eyes. Fortunately it was a pleasant experience as I saw beautiful porcelain dolls cascade. That was the max child dose which is less than the adult dose. If I take just 1 my sleep is deeper and my legs don't ache as much and my tossing and turning is far less. Been boing this for several months now. It contains: L-Theanine, Melatonin, Chamomile Extract [Flower], Passionflower Extract [aerial parts], Lemon Balm Extract [aerial parts]. Found it on Amazon and liked the reviews so first tried a pack of 60 and now I'm on a jar of 110 and will keep taking them. These along with the Legacy Contour Sleep Pillow for between the knees for circulation have made walking much easier with far less pain.

My mom has started taking Melatonin. I've been putting off trying it. A bit apprehensive. I would want to try a lower dose first. I forget what she is taking but I know it's not the lowest dose. Glad you found something that helps you! A great idea to try the children's dose first. Will think about that.

My shorter body can not take high strength meds. Does seem like a measure for measure type thing.
