Good Friday morning, everyone! Anyone with plans for the weekend? I'll pick up groceries tomorrow (it will be the first time I've left the house since Easter), but that and laundry is it for me.

I've not seen my parents since 1 March, and I'm really missing seeing them. I talk to Mom every day, but it's not the same. Trying not to mind too much, though, as they are both high-risk, and it's for their safety. I really, really want things to get back to normal soon.

I've only been on a horse once, and petted one once more, but I do admire them. They are awe-inspiring to me.

I've been remiss on questing lately -- your great prize makes me want to get back to it soon! Congrats on crocheting a blanket for Radar! That's awesome!

I'm still dealing with allergies, too! I think we've both mentioned it's been the worst year for them. Hope you get relief soon. I expect I shall once the trees stop shedding pollen every where!

Hi there! Nice to see you again! The site malfunctions were awful for a bit, but it seems to be better now. I can crochet in a straight line, and keep the rows SOMEWHAT even, but that's it. I tried granny squares and just could not follow the directions. I'll have to stick to cross stitch!

You've been busy getting ready for winter! I envy you being able to sew. I was given my late aunt's sewing machine about seven years ago and have yet to figure it out. Quite embarrassing, really. Again, I guess I'll have to stick to cross stitch! Your rift prize will turn into an awesome HA, I've no doubt!

I completely understand how you're feeling right now. I REALLY miss my niece. She's 2 and changing so much so fast. I've been face-timing her and my sister almost daily, but it's not the same. I feel like I'm missing out on hugs and cuddles and funny moments. But if we all do our part it should be over sooner than later. I've had a rough week feeling useless and bored. Today I'm going to make some oatmeal cookies C:
