Yeah, there is that! ;)
I love to hear that your creativity is flowing!
Lovely drawings. I admire your talent and diligence Rosh Hashana would have made me start over again anyway. ¯L(°_o)/¯ Oh well.
I read your siggy and sigh. If only we could ALWAYS remember to COUNT THE BLESSINGS!!!! LORD, I beseech you to help make me to remember to LOVE what I HAVE !!! <3
How are you?

Day 23 3 New Years Tokens.
I had my fun, earned some money, I have but to correct my homework before packing my tools for tomorrow.
[edit] My homework correcting is postponed on grounds of babysitting. I don't understand why some guys have a hard time changing diapers...
Day 24 a referral point topped me off!
The lab was FUN, we dismantled three different engines. I observed that the instructor asked ro borrow some of my tools throughout the session. We were issued the class syllabus, and it seems I'm two weeks ahead in my own reading and homework.
I'll be resting this hour to enjoy some indulgences I worked for earlier this week. I got this fortune in my cookie, "Your imagination brings great jot to those around you".
RE: "Your imagination brings great joy to those around you" Exactly! Thanks for sharing yours!
  wha? Did the groundhog see it's shadow??? ;)
I keep talking to you when I am sewing. Made some masks for my daughter and sort of made one up for myself that THRILLED me: one tie for the whole thing. I am sort of giving up on the skirt (matching material). Yesterday I sewed a beautiful pocket on it. Backwards. Twice.
Rats! I was going to go do something (in subeta) and forgot what that was.... Yikes! 155 Quests a day are challenging.... Again I left one too long. So long perfect score....!
Awesome! I love that fortune, and have to agree with it!
I love reading about your day, and how your class is going. What do you think about the electronics portion of mechanics? My husband said that was the most challenging part for him. He enjoyed it, and yet it is the toughest part of most of his repairs to this day. Right now he is working on restoring a '71 Cuda. Been working on it 2 years, so far, but I suppose since he is a rancher by day (and nights sometimes..lol) this will be a LONG restoration. This is only his third restoration, as he is mainly interested in repairs.
How cool! I believe restoration is all about the details. I jealous.
Instead of "keep", I donated my Lucky me, it was still there.
Oh that was a close one! I have done that before, and lucky me, it was still there! Glad yours was as well! LOL 😆
: Thank you for the nice compliment, I really appreciate it.
isn't it fun when you make something you love?? I enjoy listening to your sewing stories ❤ I took some of my mask fabric and made a hand purse for myself. :) A treat for all my hard work! I'm thinking about making a quilt next. I haven't made one in years! That's if I find time between work and school lol.
I'm amazed I was able to find time to quest every day. Imagine if we put that time towards something constructive (like a quilt lol)!!
Thanks! I enjoy my stories :) I know! Imagine something concrete (vs virtual) coming out of all those hours invested!
You are appreciated my friend.
Teaches me to STOP when I am tired. A lesson I am resisting LOL
Hey! Are you okay?
Have a nice weekend.
Day 25 40 CSC
The electronic is a difficult portion to het straight, I bumped inro a student from last semester who is retaking the class. The mechanical part of engine repair deals with a different skill, reading and maintaining precision. My own little dream is restoring a 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner.
I see that my own rantings and story telling give some comic relief, I want to get my jumbled bits and pieces of this mess typed down and made coherent. To then try to elaborate the rest.
Yep. :) How are you?

AWESOME car to restore!!! Muscle! I would want to restore (or build) a Model T. I hear they are super easy to find parts for, and not too shabby in price. waggles eyebrows hehehe I have always wanted my own Model T. Also, there is one I absolutely fell in love with: The 1959 Goliath Tiger 1100. OH YES!!! Except I want it in yellow and white. LOL It is just soooo cute!
yeah, that is tough to do sometimes. Knowing when to stop and rest, and doing it are two different things for sure. Sometimes I wish I just had a button to push, so I wouldn't have a choice. Me: "Oh, time to do this other thing!" Body: "Sorry, it is time to rest now. BOOP BEEP." LOL
I wondered about a Model T mentioned in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. It turns out its very skeletal in appearance. That's a classy concept!
Ahhhhhh yes! Now that would be classy indeed!! 😁
I was looking up at the sky tonight, and other than a rising orange gibbious moon, the stars seem to be closer. I don't ever remember The Big Dipper looking that size.
I can hardly wait for shop assignments using 1/2 inch sockets and accessories. So far only my breaker bar has been used.
Day 26 a Subeautique invitation.
STREEEEEEEEEEEEESSED. Our quarantine is supposed to be over tomorrow, I was looking forward to pilates class and a day off before starting work. Our other son is showing signs now and I may have to go into quarantine for another 2 weeks.
Yeah, like a timed pause button, that pauses for a while, then restarts after a certain amount of time. an hour or something. I DO have a Do Not Disturb function on my cellphone. I can't get calls after bedtime.
- I cannot wait to hear more about your daily escapades! Wishing you the best as your class continues! :)
Oh yes! I have the same on my phone. I find it really helps with interference, and I greatly appreciate that function! I sure hope you don't have to do another 2 weeks of iso. BORING! Of course, you probably have enough to keep you busy, but I can empathize with not getting to do the things you wish. Hoping both your sons get through this without any hiccups. ❤
