Though I played only a few sessions online, it's not quite as I imagined. Still the only Russian screen name I know of.
Day 10 20 CSC.
Hi! I don't mean to be absent... I have been working online on photo album and actually SEWING so am very distracted these days.
Went to an Escape Room last night: the kids pooled money for our anniversary (2 months ago) and they bought us this adventure. 2 of the single sons came with and we had a GREAT time! Such fun!
and now, hustler gave me: Isn't that grand? :D
Day 11 a Bathhouse token
I have an event saying a buddy GA gift from . Thank you for this unexpected gift!
I could lift some restrictions of my hiatus, this kinda grates me.
Hi guys! How are you all? Big weekend plans for anyone?
Too bad you didn't love Animal Crossing! I've not played online - - I don't have the internet subscription, nor do I desire to -- but I just love it. I don't need to visit any other islands, there is so much to do on my own! (I don't usually care for interaction in my games, anyway.)
My experience has shown a few games having substantial online following. Tetris 99, Mario kart and so... It's still better than playing the AI only.
I never got into Animal Crossing, the characters maybe.
Day 12
Tempest swept in for a BIG HUG, and to boot!
Anyone else excited about the Quest-a-thon? I've not quested since I began Animal Crossing, so this will give me the motivation to do a few.
That's great that you've found some Switch games you enjoy playing with others! Unless I'm playing against my husband, I prefer AI to real people. I guess I'm not competitive enough. 😆
I'll do what I can, when my homework is done.
I came to prefer real players to any level of AI. I don't win every time then, but in Tetris 99 I'm usually top ten on good rounds.
YO! I AM excited about the quest-a-thon! ooooooWEEEEEE! I cannot wait!!!
I wish I had a teleporter.....I would beg for one of those slush cups!!! Ohhhh wow, it looks deeeeLISH!!!
The two who came over got the full presentation, the one I made it for took the rest for his family.
And I made that hastily, I need to better understand how to scoop confections so they look like the nostalgic cups I fondly remember.
Where did you have your first slush? I remember my grandma making them when I was a little girl. When I was old enough, we all made them together. So much fun!! And yours look soooo yummy!!!!
In my dad's hometown, almost every weekend me and my brothers would get one. I think it was a regular slush, but had what I believe is a fruit based confection. Mixing the two...
I wanted to emulate this memory in my own way...I wonder if I get any comments about the post.
what a sweet memory. We have festivals all Summer long around where I live, and the one in the closest town, is called Berry Pepper days. They mix strawberries and Dr. Pepper into a slush, and it is really good. Two of my favorite things to consume, in one awesome slush! YUM! Huge whole and pieces of strawberries mixed with DP.... awww yeah! I guess all slushes make me think of these things....lol
I've never had a slush like those you two describe/show!
Oh gal, you have been deprived of a delicacy....hehehe. They sure are delicious! I love the cactus slushies, slurries, ice cream....YUM
In light of the semester beginning tomorrow, I want to make coffee ice cream next. I have some Starbucks instant packets that work well cold. This time I'll use artificial sweetener instead of sugar.
I seem to be breezing on Duolingo after taking a test. Funny that I struggled with basics, but find other parts more along what I self-taught.
I do find it odd how some things really stick with me, while other things I cannot process for the life of me. I am really enjoying Hebrew, and am finding it easier than Italian. Very odd....
It's ON!! Are we excited? XD
2 weeks, 5 days left on mine. Yay! :)
