14 hours ago I started my day. Some long dirty work on a friend's car. We're having a rare guy's night out. I earned me a meatless burger, and a Jack and Coke.

Sounds like fun! Glad you are getting some much deserved and needed guy time. My husband is a rancher, and also is a certified mechanic from his younger days, so really enjoys working on things that other folks have written off.

What type of meatless burgers do you like? I remember when Morningstar Farms made a black bean veggie burger, and it was sooooo good! I do like their Garden Veggie ones. I kind of like the original Boca burgers, but am also wanting to try the pea protein ones.

Okay. Making a photo album online, just from this past year, and trying to find pictures of specific dates instead of just throwing them all in and having an easy time of it. Why do easy when I can do difficult or nearly impossible????

Did you wonder why the adoption center suddenly filled up? I have been wondering about that (couldn't play here to make points, so I had to just THINK about subeta LOL) but I guess because we can change the names now, people can give away a cool pet and someone will pick it up because of the colour or species or birthday. I would ! I grew up in Miami then in Tel Aviv. By the time I got around snow I was 20. No childhood memories about THAT. ;)

That WAS me Judy! I just couldn't figure out why so many folks would dump their babies, just because we could rename them. Your explanation makes sense - it is just sad to me I guess. I want all the pound babies, so they don't feel abandoned. :(

I hope all is well :) Been busy working full-time at the clinic, getting ready for the fall semester at school (today is virtual orientation!), and looking forward to some downtime next week as I go on vacation! I hope you didn't sustain too much damage! I've only felt an earthquake twice and thankfully both times were very brief!

Yikes earthquake! I hope you are alright? hugs I have still 2 weeks of holidays left, but my vacation with the boys ended last Friday. It was fun and we're going to plan another vacation next year, but with the C19 going on we're not sure where to go =(

yeah, they have been through a lot. Some injuries, too much stimulus. Good news tho, they will all (23) go back to their owners when the damage has been cleared. YAY!! We will just give them lots of lovin's while they are here. :)
