I know a couple of people use Dual Ballista for the boss battles.

Personally, I use Shattered Rift Blade and a Ballista for boss battles, but the SRB is harder to get ahold of.

I know I have an absurd amount of freezing scrolls though, and the only other person that I know uses them also has an absurd scroll library.
