I need to get back to doing my BQs... will do that come this weekend... just not been in the best of battle moods.

Trying to farm for tomes and amulets, but all the ones I need to beat are extremely hard or impossible, and they've gotten to the point where, it's either a tie, or a multi turn lose...(because of chain freezing)

What tier pet is needed for Carereaper

Idk if this is the kind of thing you talk about here, but I kinda want to brag to somebody, and this seemed like the right place.

I just finished battling all 68 of my eligible pets with the Buttwing Bomber for 100 wins each. That's 6943 battles total, which took the better part of a week. I also had to pause and fight Eclipse and Willowisp 5x each for all my pets to get those eggs and beef up a couple of my weaker pets.

I'm going to keep going to 150, but some of my pets aren't quite ready for that yet. Plus I wanted to revel in this victory for a moment. :D

I use ME and Cronus against him. Natasha would also be decent.

for the regular version, tier 10+. For the Friday 13th version, tier 12+.

As general reminders to everyone before he shows up, stealing is disabled against this form and he has a good but not 100% anti-freeze blessing, so it's mostly about getting a chain freeze to stick and then trying to kill him as fast as possible before he breaks it. When he's not frozen he can freeze you or just block everything you throw at him, and he hits like a truck as well.

lots and lots of freezing scrolls (+Aftershocks). And try freezing even if he has the blessing up. I just got the first two wins with my T12 using MW and Natasha, will try for more later...

Omg that's dedication! I think I would die from boredom, so respect for that!

For anyone getting discouraged, you won't have a chance to try again until next August.

That said I've lost a few times with my capped pet (I have already beaten him 20 times, to be fair, so his stats are brutal now) and I don't think I care about trying to get the last five wins for the dark EoR crystals.

Hey and Hi everyone! I just have a quick question. Is Careaper the right opponent for this day? I was told that it was supposed to be Careapier, so now I am totally confused.

officially they have the same name, Careapier is just used so that they can be kept apart by the users...

According to the General Battle Opponents Guide (V1.50 by there are two different Careapers on for every 13th and one for only Friday the 13th spelled Careapier! I know it is a lot harder than the other one. I found it here:
