Severus can consistently finish BQs now, he only still fails against the Biting Cake and Menecuda. And he's still tier 11. About 500 points away from tier 12.

Haneul is t12 and those are the only two he can't beat. I think it got like that when he was high t11...I'd say he's a not quite mid, but no low either when it comes to t12. I'm hoping that we get to fight the pirates this year...

So I'm new, and I've been looking at some of the battling and scroll guides to get started. They've been helpful, but they constant refer to weapons and scrolls that are obtained via old enemies and achievements. For example, the Trident of the Banished One says it was an achievement prize from the 2010 Bobblehead Challenge. Is it possible to battle these old enemies or complete old achievements?

Sometimes the bobbleheads come back in the cash shop, but there’s no real need to break the bank at low tiers. You might want to get a phoenix quill from the millionaire center today since the price will go up when the stock switches to fall in a day or two. Otherwise, maybe save for/look into/buy soma tablets, recycle blaster, and maybe reviver of the lion. Some people have mixed feelings on how useful the reviver is for the cost.

Which scrolls were you looking at? Some challengers are seasonal (like nighlady for shriek of despair), cash shop purchases (crithbolcan for aftershocks), and others sometimes come out for events (ummm.. something drops strong stomp durning gelatin wars that I can’t remember). Starting off and with low AP, you might be better off making yourself a divine denizhen scroll at the secluded shrine.

Event and holiday challengers are available to everyone when they’re active. Like in a couple days Keel Hauliday will start and we may have a set of pirate challengers available to fight.

After you unlock a secret or cash shop challenger they’re yours forever. Most secret ones are always there for you to find, but most cash shop ones aren’t always for sale. You might have to wait until black friday for them.

I'm wondering when the Blake challenger will be. I thought yesterday, but nothing happened, and it can't be today because we were told Keel Hauliday is starting today, and there haven't been any news posts this morning. And tomorrow is supposed to be the Autumn items, but they could still have him appear tomorrow in the morning.

I'll be very surprised if he isn't at the Omen Islands. He'll probably be dressed as a pirate, or some other kind of boat captain, or maybe he'll be wearing something related to the Islanders? I actually had a dream about that the other night.

It was going so well, and I get asked to go against Biting Cake...
