Hey, I like your new group and it's neat to see so many masculine HAs here...they are somewhat rare in the wild, aren't they? I haven't heard from the other male HA groups in forever. I mostly do masculine HAs so here are a bunch of my dudes:

Thank you! I love backgrounds...it's my favorite layer. Often, my ideas start with a background and I just try to make someone to fit within it haha.

Ooh I haven't seen that movie but I kind of love Willem Dafoe so I'll have to check that out (I hadn't even heard of this movie, wut, look at that cast list! Jeff Goldblum, Bill Murray, Ralph Fiennes! I barely even pay attention to celebs but I like all those guys...I need to watch this). Russian ushanka man is actually my main OC and love of my life lmao while the poor beat-up plane-crash survivor in the forest is his brother.

yeah i just saw a bunch of the beards in (i think) drunk carl's quest shop but they all look bulky and cheesy...need some more realism in the beards. i usually end up using the stubble cause that's what looks best.

Carl's da man! I've got all his facial hairs and they're pretty good. But sometimes I just want precisely this minus the flowers. It's such a good beard but it looks like I got really out of control while eating a salad or something, ya know?

I'm a big fan of stubble though too; that's usually my preference. and are my favorites for that.

Haha aw thank you! But I encourage you to hang on to all of your backgrounds and don't be afraid to use them! I think putting your character in a setting is an integral part of creating that character.

Mine aren't always characters with names either but the background ends up being part of who they are. There are advantages to not using backgrounds though too, of course...like being able to make use of the limb-erasing items. And sometimes important little details get lost in backgrounds.

Oof I keep forgetting to say this but I really wanted to tell you how much I love your third HA from your first post. He seems to fit in really well with mine somehow, even though I don't know who he is. I think they could be friends though!
