Since it seems like the important issue here (the csc problems) are being resolved, when that's done, could someone please close my ticket?
The staff member who was supposed to help me with my situation didn't respond to me even a single time in the almost two months they've been assigned. My situation resolved itself because the feature having the issue was seasonal and was removed. I didn't get to participate in certain aspects of Luminaire because of these site issues, and I wasn't even communicated an apology for being ignored the entire time. Please have someone simply close the ticket so I don't need to look at the situation anymore when I visit the ticket center, it's causing me dumb stress lmao.

It's been another week and I've still yet to receive any contact or closure for my ticket...
Going on 2 months of complete silence. Not a SINGLE response from my ticket holder.
Have you tried sending in another ticket to get their attention?

I've done that one time before, and was told to "Just be patient" and not make tickets about my tickets as it was considered abusing the ticket system and is against the rules? I'm not trying to get a warning when all the ticket needs is a close.
Seems silly to get a warning for something like that when you've been waiting patiently. It's on their end that's the problem, not you. =/ Ping Dill again maybe?

Sorry for being a bother, but I currently have a ticket being ignored. I've posted about it before on this board, but basically the person it was assigned to to help me never responded a single time / never resolved the issue, and the feature effected was removed at the end of Lumi so there is nothing more that can be done and I just need the ticket closed please, it's really stressing me out. Thanks.
Strange, I don't exist? Both inbox and outbox still have space....Idk, staff probably wish they could get rid of me or my ability to chat with others around here lol. Ah...well, said person talked with me last night for a ticket I had sent in, so they're around. Dunno what to else to say. I'm sorry, and hope it resolves soon. =[

I have had the smail problem since the server switch a few months ago. about 90% of the time, it won't send the mail and says the user doesn't exist. I've reported it I think 3-4 times on the forums but I've heard nothing about it being worked on. :S
Oh, really? No wonder I probably don't get replies anytime I send an sMail then. Sucks, it's the only means of private communication on here. x.x

My ticket was finally responded to. I received an apology, and the ticket was closed. I consider my situation resolved.
