Hi everyone! I hope everyone is having a good survival, and thanks to anyone who has sent kisses my way. I was in Florida for a family wedding this weekend, and was so busy all weekend - I missed so much. I have to look into viruses too.

How was your survival? I only managed to get 3 skins, but I'm glad I got that at least. After starting late and glitching on my first skin, I was relieved that I got to start a third last night. I got metalmorphosis, cryomorph and brain rot.

I'm still dealing with crazy health probs. Now we're down to trying to remove meds I've been on for years. 1st one is ADD med... mind is foggy, increase sensitivity (including pain), everything is on high volume. So right now I'm just feeling worse and I'm desperate to get drunk... last time I was really drunk was almost 2 decades ago. I can't wait for this week to end... 6 days of craziness to go!

I managed to get 4 strains this year! My favorite items were the scented candle backgrounds. I'm surprised how risque they got with the L'Amour items this year.

A LOT of people didn't like them actually. There was a big stink about it in the news comments.... Some people even got triggered by those items....it was a mess.

I got four strains even though I waited a couple of days. I may get Metalmorphesis next year before getting a new strain....

I don't blame people for being upset. I remember when the subeautique line Giselle Kinkylove came out and a lot of people were triggered. You'd think they would've learned from it and avoided such things. SMH

At least they did a great job on the virus strains this year.

Oh dear.... Well, some of those who were upset by this year's parlour didn't like the fact that LBGT pins were grouped together with the kink items.

I met a user who is ace and so was triggered by the items that they canceled their GA subscription.

And if Subeta has done this before, it makes me worried about them facing legal troubles, The site is 13+ officially, and I know a LOT of parents who would be horrified at seeing such items on a site that at first glance seems to be geared towards teenagers.

I KNOW how serious a situation like that could get because last semester I had to do an assignment about censorship in school libraries.

I don't plan on getting things from l'Amour parlor this year, as it's not my style. However, I think variety is important. I get some can get triggered... but at the same time there are really gross food items that make me want to puke, I just quickly skip the images... site is mainly for an adult audience. If one is so sensitive as to see a basic small image to get triggered one should consider or not being on a site like this. There is far worse on other sites. Plus, there are those that enjoy the stuff that they came up with this year... diversity is key. I just hope we get some cute items next year ^^

I hope masquerade has some pretty ball gowns this year! I feel like some of the items in past years have been awkward on the HA and don't flow well. Maybe now that we can 'delete' body parts from our HA that they will come up with some creative pieces. :)
