Still having this issue, it's been a while now.

I've had an ongoing issue with my wardrobe for around a month now, but I've barely been on so I haven't come looking for a solution. However, I'd like to get into my wardrobe now and run into the same problem no matter what browser I'm on or what computer I'm on.

When my wardrobe page loads and I click on any of the selections in there (items, skin, etc) it doesn't switch to that screen unless I refresh the page.

My items will load, but it goes back to the preset every time (all items, 25 per page, etc). My HA is non-existent, it is a blank space where the HA should be and when I hover over items, nothing appears. The Save and Wear buttons are also missing.

[edit]I was able to get my HA to load by clicking on a saved outfit, so that seems to have fixed the issue for now...[/edit]

I tried adding two new drawers to further sort out my eye items into ones with and without eyebrows, and I can't get the new drawers to show up. It says "success new drawer created" in green but then the new drawer doesn't show up in the list anywhere.

So this is over three weeks now since my original request for help. This is now my second time pinging... I tried opening a help ticket and got sent back here to wait some more... I am trying my best to be patient, but I feel like I am pretty much being ignored... , please, please help.

My new drawers showed up after a couple of days, but they do not work. I put items in them but when I select the drawer in the wardrobe interface, it doesn't show me only the items in that drawer like it should.

Old drawers created before still work fine. It's just the 2 new ones that don't work.

Over three weeks now with no response... ... I see that I am not the only one with this problem. I understand with the site revamp and holidays that this issue would probably take a while... But now I'm starting to feel intentionally ignored. I have tried opening help tickets, pinging multiple times, posting and reposting... What is the deal here???

Started to create an outfit in the wardrobe but I can't move layers around to achieve the look I want. For example a bottom layer will not let me put it beneath a layer that should cover it.

I created a new drawer a few weeks ago but when I click on the drawer in the wardrobe, it does not show those particular items, but a range of items. I am able to see the drawer properly from the "organise items" section of the wardrobe. I tried renaming the drawer but no luck. All older drawers are fine. I'm using Safari.

Wardrobe doesn't seem to be loading...nor do the boards, so I don't know if this has been talked about yet, but I guess not.

wish I could read, since my wardrobe seems to be broken (whilst building a new HA BUT forum is also not loading XD

Not sure if this is a wardrobe issue, achievement issue, or both. Or perhaps I'm just stupid and can't figure out where to go to trigger the achievement. I have quite a few "Layers" wardrobe category achievements that are not completed. I have so many items in my wardrobe, I thought this was fishy, so I counted a few those layers in my wardrobe and I have way more than sufficient to complete those achievements. For example, the chest layer. My achievement counter is "stuck" at 994/1000, with the top tier being 1500 items in the chest layer. I counted and have exactly 1555 items in chest layer in my wardrobe, so both the 1000 and 1500 tiers should be completed. Same goes for many of the other layers. Anyone else? Or, like I said, am I just not figuring out how to trigger them to complete?

I just came back to the game today after several years. I'm having the first and second problem.

Using the latest Firefox and Windows 10. Chache and cookies are cleared.

I've been having this problem for the past couple of weeks or so. At first it was intermittent and only happened after spending a long time in the wardrobe. Now its happening every single time and after a shorter and shorter duration. I'm having to save the HA, close the wardrobe, open it again, load the saved HA, keep going. Today I've had to do it 3 times already and I'm still not done making my HA.

Wardrobe avatar won't load at all. Worked fine last night - it has the message to convert to the new wardrobe which I did years ago. Tried to convert anyway to resolve the problem, but nothing. Blank space and items I'm wearing aren't visible from wardrobe either. Hope my explanation is clear enough for you.
