I just watched Bohemian Rhapsody with Welly last night andI cried, what an amazing performance Queen had for Live Aid, it made me so happy to watch. My Author, Mark, got to see Queen Live on 10 April 1977, on the Night At The Opera Tour at Winterland in San Francisco. He was at the stage within an arm's length of Freddie Mercury and shot six rolls of film during the show. Unfortunately, none of those photographs survive to this day. But, the memories of that show resonate with us, his friends, and we live vicariously that happy event. I've never been to a rock concert, though I get to see Sparky Wheezle perform every Wednesday night at the Burrow at the Market Day Dance. He blows a wicked penny whistle.
