: I don't cook, because I'm deathly afraid of kitchens, pots, pans, turnip twaddlers, and spatulas. Weldon is the chef in the family and he does all the cooking. He'll take most of the fish I catch and do something amazing with them. He has a wonderful recipe for Blackened Catfish (I think it's Chef Paul Prudhome's famous recipe), that is so wonderful. Weldon serves it with fresh mango salsa and a red cabbage coleslaw and sourdough bruschetta rounds.

I will take two of my cleaned fish, salt and pepper then, skewer them on willow or ash sticks, and roast them over coals to eat while they're sweet and fresh. I usually have some jacket potatoes and/or fresh corn in the husks in the coals too. Slather everything in butter and make a mess of my pure white fur while I enjoy my catch. I'll strip to my fur and wash off in the stream or lake just as nature intended. After all, I am a wild little thingie. Weldon doesn't seem to mind...dinner and a show, so to speak.
