Confusing but left hand gets the surgery and I hope the recovery is easier than it was for the other hand. But I think it maybe easier mentally, because I know what to expect with surgery and recovery.

Dominated hand is right one, so I figure that will sure make a difference. Only difficulty, is when you are worried local anesthesia and not general. Hence why the jerk that told me, that before my right hand never got to touch me. Because he stated it, like I had no say. When I knew I needed to be under totally. Which is the norm, if they are going to work on bones or internal work.

Dr was the jerk! He told me I prefer using local anesthesia like I had no say about it. Anesthesiologist told me, its your body and you have say. Well, I found another dr (she is a head of the clinic) and I really like her, and I even waited for her to finish maternity leave to do my left hand.

I am checking free shop just about every 5 minutes, and persistence is the key.

I just got these from the free shop. now i like a good free item. BUT tell me it is worth 74 million sP what do you do keep it or sell it for more money then i have ever had?????? what do i do?

Depends on what you want to do. If you want sP I'd try to sell it but the market would be limited. If you put in in your wardrobe you can always remove it if you need to.

Those are cute shoes! Personally i'd keep them because I would use them, and even if they are priced at 75M doesn't mean you'll be able to sell them for that much. Though you might get lucky and someone might be willing to pay that much.

Unless you don't really care for them, then your best value might be to trade for wishlist items of similar value, which people are more willing to do.
