and yeah, having such a stable item attached to bobbleheads from 7-8 years ago (i forget exactly) kinda blows. eh, it forces some creativity though, i dont think they'd be able to put bobbleheads back into circulation, and obtaining the trident any other way with probably irritate a lot of old battlers/people who dropped serious dosh on bobbles. lose/lose situation, unfortunately.

I don't know, I think it would be doable without angering too many people. They could add a tab to the antique shop and put them there. The rarest one could be priced at like 500mil or something. That would prevent deflation but it would still give people a concrete goal to work towards. They could even do it just by Direct to Collection. People could still sell the Trident itself of course, but no bobbleheads that aren't currently loose would be let into the market.

I have no idea what Tridents are currently going for, when they even appear, but even if the total price of all the bobbleheads was, say, 1 billion sP, there are people who would pay it. A Natasha is 750mil, and I would argue that the Trident is more useful for longer.

Maybe put that up as a suggestion? i've been told that you 'outgrow' the trident anyway, so. to be fair, i'm really out of touch with battling, so take everything i say with a grain of salt

You do for sure outgrow it. I haven't used it with my main battler in awhile, although it does still have some use for certain opponents. It's much more useful under tier 10. All the more reason that it should be more available.

I'm really reluctant to suggest it haha, I feel like there's been so much discussion about it over the years that it's old news. Everyone who has one wants it to stay rare, and everyone without one just makes do because it's so unobtainable.

they've put the bobbleheads in for individual purchase before, so i don't see why they can't do that again unless the battle admins are against it for some reason? also i remember them being expensive, so maybe they didn't sell very well. idk, but i think they'd make a smol but shiny penny if they paired the bobbles with a bonus weekend o;

[edit] a google tells me the rarest bobbles were released once in '16 (with a bonus weekend, which is probably how i finished my collection 'cause i still have the butterflies), and then again in '17. and before that, matlal was added to the millionaire centre for a meagre 50mil. it's been almost two years, bring back the bobbles!

The ocean curl has been really clutch for me in T6, it had a good freeze rate. The reborn Icewand is also very good for freezing and healing. The prices though are absurdly high for T6 weapons. If you don’t plan on buying any other weapons or only cheap weapons until T10 then it may be worth the investment.

Haha I definitely used it (and PBB!) way into T12, before I saved up enough for Natasha. No shame.

I'd just like to see them be obtainable even if they're obscenely expensive. People could decide for themselves if it's worth it, rather than just writing it off as an impossibility.

Yeah, I don't remember how I acquired half the stuff I have for lower tiers. I'm cheap and there's no way I would have bought that stuff as a baby battler? I remember making the RIoD for 20mil was a big deal for me. It's no wonder that it's tough to recruit people to battling, it's expensive.

The only reason I have the ocean curl is because it was rereleased to the cash shop through the Merana Themed Bag. Paying the CSC was cheaper than sP prices. There are a lot of bags in usershops so they are obtainable.

Ah, maybe that's where I got it. I just know that my army of littles has it way easier than my main battler did when he was an up-and-comer :P

yeah, that's about where i am haha. i meant to save up for a natasha last year, but it didn't happen lol. too many pretty clothes! this year is going to be The Year I Get The Goods, though. a very nice person gifted me a month GA so i'm funneling all my sP gains into the natasha fund, and i'm working on cronus (managed three wins and a tie without borrowing a cronus, because i am dumb and like suffering i guess lol)

as for the bobbles -- it looks like the ones released were all 500 csc (except for amy, who was 300). even if they make amy more expensive, the rarer ones come out to like, 300-350m? as a long term goal, i don't think that's too bad... i'm sure anyone trying to sell a trident would have a very different opinion though p;

speaking of tridents! i won this thing the other day i stuffed it into my wardrobe, but is it worth moving it into my armory instead..?

I think that's a fair price. Maybe they'll release more this year.

Yeah same here. It was always a struggle for my main battler. Now my second is able to beat opponents a tier or two ahead of time.

ocean curl good enough to slip into tier 7? i'm looking for longevity in my main set, honestly. i havent got to the part where i need to have different main sets for different opponents.

i will admit battling is extremely expensive, but i just recently got into it, and i have sp to spare, but i dont want to buy something to only have it be worthless (i'm only going to have one battle pet, dont have the patience for multis)

unrelated but ur un, you hyped for RE2? the demo dropped on steam, its a 30 minute timer- you can only play it once. its 4am for me so i dont want to embarrass myself by accidentally dying 10 minutes in hahha

I wouldn't complain if they made the bobbleheads buyable again, even though it would devalue the spares I've got (though speaking of which, it may be time to put them up for sale). I want to see more people being able to get currently unavailable staples and having good battle experiences.

I wouldn't mind if the bobbleheads would become available once more. I own a Trident and I think it's rediculously rare at the moment. It's a super usefull weapon. I must admit that I'm not using it that much anymore for my t13 pet, but all my other battle pets have it in their default set. I like to use it against Crithbolcan too due to the blessing it has.

At some point in my battle carreer I decided that I wanted more than one battle pet so that I could get multiples of loot. So I began training a baby battle pet. It's always been my baby pet. Suddenly I come to a realisation that my baby battle pet is now a tier 11 with terribly low intelligence xD I can equip like two scrolls, lol.

Yeah, my secondary battle pets are never going to even get near the AP of my main. There's expensive, and there's not worth it expensive. :D It does help though that I tend to do more fragging than selling (I don't always have a gold account and just don't have the patience to price by hand) so spare books get read to my pets going down the line unless they're expensive enough to make selling worth while.
