Maybe they decided to open it up so people can explore the house if they didn't do it before the Day 1 steps. We can click everywhere except for the basement right now.

If you got the achievement with the takeout menu prize, then yes you're finished for now. Day 2 hasn't been released yet.

i havent started with the plot, i was able to explore the manor but the basement door is not clickable.

Did you get any of the dialogue with Ian and Jaxon underneath the image when you first visited? You have to talk to them first.

If you're not seeing anything like what's described in the first post, then maybe make a report in the P&B forums for Event Issues, because it seems weird that you wouldn't be able to access it if you haven't even started the plot yet.

i got dialogue, then it told me to go the mansion, i explored it saving the basement for last but i cannot access said basement.

Has the plot progressed yet? I see there's an achievement for completing day 2.

I’m getting so frustrated and upset about that bloody needle game! I cannot complete it on my mobile at all! Have been trying to the point where I’m quite ready to throw my phone lol But I’m too stubborn to skip it as I don’t want to lose any plot points ?

Yeah IDK then, all I could recommend is making a bug report about it so staff can look into it. :(

It seems like they're planning on releasing the next step soon, since the mansion is opened up for everyone again and the new achievement has been added. But I'm not sure if that should be affecting people who haven't started the plot yet.

Anyone else not able to get into the basement? It's not a link for me all of a sudden... :/ [edit] same here :/ Guess we weren't supposed to save the best for last, they got tired of waiting for us and thought we were rude walking around the house when they said to come meet them in the basement :P

[EDIT] OOH OOH!!! I actually got it to work again!!! If you can't get into the basement after speaking to them and exploring a while, go back to shadowglen, click on the house so that it brings you to the exterior, and then scroll down. Under the picture should be two links; one saying to just explore, and the other saying to continue the plot. WOOT clicking continue the plot fixed it for me and brought those lovely fellas back so I could press agree again and then the basement became a link again. <3 <3 <3

Yeah, the basement is not clicklable for me too...but the rest of the house is. Hopefully that means things will happen soonish

I hope that wound of Ians doesnt get infected...
