wishing i didn't have to get out of my warm comfy cozy bed this morning. also while i was checking the trap i have to hopefully catch the weasel.. i heard something big walking through the snow coming my way and i look up and oh shit there's the moose, i ran to the front of the chicken coop, i woulda hid in there but i startled them and the dogs made them leave. my heart was pounding for sure after that.

wow, some people don't think. we have a momma and calf here every year and they stay around for months they usually go off in the spring and come back for the winter
