Those blue HAs are marvelous! I love Kelly especially! I have both the pawesome teal and lavender blushes (VERY useful) and I have that hairstyle you have on Eshlan (looks great on her). And of course all the dolls.

The one I use most is the 'ash' doll for when the blue is too intense for the other colors in the HA (it makes me look still blue but not quite AS blue). The aeronwy usually makes me too aqua and my hands too purple, so that one I don't use much unless I really need the softening over something.

I wish there was one that was closer to a medium blue and distributed more evenly all over the HA. maybe in a future edition. Some of the dolls are also great to use on natural tone HAs to give them similar softening and shading.

the mental exercise of your fashion show contests taught me a ton about how to construct HAs and the feedback from the judges even moreso.

Similar to Valiska, I learned about HA makeup from ulalena's requirements to use it (wouldn't have learned to use it if she didn't make me, which I'm very glad she did) and the skin tone shading now makes up one of my 'drawers' which contains blush, tattoos, and all the other variants on skin shade/dye/tone that the game has.

ah you did overcome the laziness and change though! I might tonight, though I'm enjoying how popular this HA seems to be so maybe not :D

thank you! Kelly's style is very fun. :) Getheny's normal style is very fun too, and semi-androgynous (as an older woman--she was much more feminine before Weirdmageddon), and that HA was kind of an exercise in how the heck do I do a femme grown-ass Geth.

I often use the Ash or Lilith doll on top of another doll to soften the colour when making HA bases, but I do that more with (Homestuck) trolls, who have grey skin but varying blood colours, than I do with Cereuti. Sometimes when you do that the faces get so dark that 44 Percent Highlighter is actually a useful item for avatars not intended to be Gothic Lolitas or vampires! :)

Ulalena made me use blush, which I had never done before because my experience with blushes on dark avatars had not been good due to the damn white flecks. The only white flecked makeups I like are Zanoya/Tartelette's Sakura Compacts because those white spots look intentionally painted on, and I use those a lot on the cattes who do things like that with their makeup. But I discovered that the blushes in the Grooming Parlor are actually pretty good!

I do like to use the orange and brown toned dolls for shading on dark skin colours, but I find that I almost always have to go up one number on the base to get the dark tone I want because they lighten the base quite a bit.

(I also have techniques for making avatars that look like children, although the scaling of the backgrounds is a bit problematic when you do that, but I've done avatars of all three of Valiska Courinna's small children.)

I want to battle but can't figure out what weapons and where to get them. I thought I knew what I needed but couldn't find where to buy one. I sure don't remember subeta being so tough to figure out.

you don't use weapons, you use stones and if you follow this guide you will be golden. you can also get to level 5 before you need to add anything to them, just need to do the stating everytime you level up. start reading here go up to the stones and that once you get to five and need to know what they are. but you need at least 2 or 3 dragons with scratch, only 1 with meditate if you don't do 3. but if you read JUST STARTING OUT, around the top of the forum you may understand a little more. if you have any questions ask, okay?
