hahahaha on the bright side he is keeping things tense for you as a viewer! (':
oof - so basically you kept losing your progress?
that's harsh D: you deserve all the sleep and then some. your avatar is so cute, by the way!
Demonstrating how old my PS2 is, sometimes it doesn't detect the memory card. But the goal in mind makes it worth keeping up with.
When my brother let me borrow his Dreamcast, the memory card was filled with all his game saves and I didn't want to delete any to make room for mine. So I played Skies of Arcadia over and over and over again from the start until I finally got my own memory card ordered. It was painful having to quit without saving after playing for 4 or 5 hours.
I would make a similar argument about MvC2 on PS3, my PS2 save is fully unlocked. And going through the whole thing over again is a pain. But so would buying a memory card adaptor, I'd only use it a few times.
Playing any game on the NES and having to quit after making great progress is painful too. I don't know how many times I've made it past a certain level in a Mario game, quit for the night and then the next day couldn't make it back to that level. I also didn't have a memory card for the Gamecube when my brother let me borrow it, so I played a few games from the beginning repeatedly on that system too. I got pretty good at beating the beginning of the game in Super Mario Sunshine.
He encountered the licker for the first time last night and I couldn't help but blurt out "OMG DON'T RUN" because he apparently forgot what lickers are, even after playing the level in RE5 with me with the lickers.
Yeah it wasn't for me. Doom is a fun game that my boyfriend really likes. I prefer playing shooters though that you can at least play co-op with a buddy. Otherwise I prefer games like resident evil, fallout and assassins creed
Today however, I'm not working on my friend's car. He wants to test run his arcade and retro systems. Looks like I wont need to wash off much.
I prefer games like Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Skyrim or Fallout. I've gotten back into the Assassin's Creed games. My husband and I play Borderlands together in co-op mode, it's an ok game to play alone but it's better playing with someone else.
Which is your favorite fallout?
Fallout 4 as its the only one I've played so far, but I have 3 and New Vegas on PS3, just need to make time to play them. I haven't played Fallout 76 and I'm not sure I'll ever try it since it sounds like the game still has issues that haven't been worked out. Skyrim was the first game I played on PS3 and I loved, I don't know how many hours I logged on that game during my junior year of college.
Do you have the GotY edition for fallout 3? That is my favorite by far, but I do love what they did with power armor in fallout 4. I have logged A LOT of hours on fallout 3, NV and 4. Like months worth on each game
I have GotY edition for Fallout 3 and New Vegas. I have so many power armor suits in FO4. I hardly wear them but I have them on display. Every time I find a new suit, I put it one and travel back to the vault I display them in to drop it off. I have 3 games saves for Fallout 4, two on PS4 (one modded, one not) and one on PC that's modded. I don't know how many hours I've logged on the game, I tend to get sidetracked and explore instead of doing quests. Preston is my least favorite character in FO4 though.
This group sounds super fun! I'd love to apply ^w^
you still have your PS2, too? that's amazing - what games do you have for it? big yikes on the memory card though!
that's some real dedication right there - and how sweet of you not to overwrite a save anyway. i might've done that >__>
i am not super familiar with the RE franchise.. a licker?
sent you guys the application, thank you!
These things that will lunge at you and do a lot of damage

I had to replay games on the Gamecube too until I got a memory card ordered, I don't know how many times I started Super Mario Sunshine and Luigi's Mansion from the beginning. For me, I knew I was borrowing the system and that my brother would one day take it back so I didn't want to save over his football and basketball game saves. His Dreamcast is still in the basement at my parents' house and I have my Dreamcast now. My brother's quit working (well it would load the game but you never knew how long you could play until it went to the home screen), so I looked it up on Youtube and fixed it myself.
