: My parents, Weldon's parents and all our children (Aya, Jacki, Sparky, Jai, Luna, Glenda, Sami and Bucki) all showed up early in the morning with their mates and/or beaus. Weldon made this huge brunch with all the trimmings (eggs, bacon, sausage, ham (we are little goy creatures) toast, scones, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, fruit, berries, melon, coffee, tea, oatmeal, dates, nuts, raisins, dried fruit, and samosas. )
He didn't cook it all, he hired out caterers from the Burrow Inn to help, but he supervised...it's what he does.
Later, we all swam in the creek and napped out in the sun. In the afternoon we had a barbecue with burgers, hotdogs with sides of salad and plenty of ale. There was singing, storytelling, dancing and s'mores by the fire. It was a very good day.
I told Weldon (and my Author) that you wished them a Happy Father's Day, and they were very happy to hear from you! Thank you for thinking of them.
It was a little bittersweet for my Author because his father died a few years ago, but it wasn't a horrible day at all for him.
270 days in a row! You found 50 CSC
No matter how old we get, we still want our parents alive and well. Everyone showing up sounds fun. My relations in Ohio (Hubbys side) will probably all show up on the Sabbath, but it looks like I will be missing those, as I plan to be elsewhere for those 2. They won't miss me none ;)
Day 67---You found 5 Candy Hearts in the pool!

Day 457 3 Vesnali coins.
It's a 100+ forcast today, and I need to go pick up some meds. I'll pack light, just a bottle of water and my umbrella. Gonna walk some after...

I know hugs :) Turns out I won't be working in a factory, but the lady from before called again and I will be signing a 3 months contract tomorrow :)(she won't be able to do a housecall, I'll have to drive to a nearby city to sign the contract which is fine by me ;) )
Day 458 a Money Tree.
So far good marks on my Russian lessons. I would like to say the same about Rocksmith. But language and musical instruments use different parts of my brain and anatomy. Its been a short time on both, though.

I'm close to the next pet slot, 158-some million of 180. Month's end I think...
Since the kitten litter is getting rowdy, I've begun introducing them to the outside. A couple hours around sunset to get them used to it. I intend on finishing before summer's end.
[edit] Day 459 a magical keepsake box, who has the fewest spaces?
I dumped my sP last night, leaving 100k, I logged in and there were 3 million...huh?
Damned heat won't keep me in, I'm going out for a few hours. Just a few things as before.
Great job on learning The Russian lessons fast. You'll pick up on the Rocksmith soon also & be playing that bass like a pro. Abrazos =) Day 69---You found a(n) Magical Keepsake Box in the pool!

My feeling bad is more mental than physical. My mom has taken to her bed and now it's over two months since then. The doc says it's to be expected but it really has me down and stressed. Every morning when I wake up and every time I check on her I'm afraid she won't be there any more. It's taking it's toll on me. I know it's best for her but just don't want to lose her so soon after my sister. Sooooo.... I'm burying myself in books and word games so I don't have to think about it too much.

Hugs, hugs and more hugs!! It is such a difficult time in life...try to hang in there! If you need to chat with someone who has been there, I will be around a lot more this summer!!
Where is your smiling face????
I changed jobs...not so stressful I hope! Still with kids...

The last few years I've dealt with a whole lot of solitude, not being able to find work or attend even recreational college makes me turn to manual labor. Sure it distracts me and things get done, but I'm not a robot. That part of me, however distant still has some life. Things just grow slowly, if they're desert type.
I'm right here. :)

and what a cutie you are!!! I am done working! I got asked back to my old job where I worked at helping kids change their behaviors and I said yes! So, I don't have to go back to work until the end of July!!

Thank you! And you are looking lovely yourself! :D
I knew it! I knew you were too valuable for them to lose you. I'm glad they came to their senses! HUGS
