Yea. :/ i'm currently going through my wardrobe that i last updated to Subetalodge (time indeterminate because MS) item by item and checking what's missing from mine, and what's missing from mine is missing from most others. So. That's a thing.

It really does. I have never updated on Subetalodge, so I have NO CLUE what I am missing. I need to go through that thread and check the common items more. I rebought the secret garden key (I hoard vesnali coins) and the acorn.

I'm right there with you in annoyance about this. I watched you in desperation try to bring light to this glitch but seemed tossed aside in favor of grandiose ideas of getting this new wardrobe rolled out for masq. Near infuriating... But I have to thank users like you who have a better memory and organization and keep track of item count to notice this was even happening.

I'd probably be more mad if any of the cws I have were gone but I'm one of the luckier ones. Cash shop purchase logs don't show cart checkouts so who knows what I bought during black fridays that could be gone. I have a really bad memory so I can't search for specific things, but I more or less recognize if I've ever had an item or not.

It's just exhausting.

Yeah, I only noticed because I keep a checklist on Subetalodge and I update it any time I add new items to my wardrobe. I also double check after I add new items that the number shown in the wardrobe and the number shown on Subetalodge match. So when it didn't, I realized that something was up because I hadn't removed anything.

And apparently this was something that had been brought up by gold account users during beta testing, but it wasn't addressed at that time either. I really hope they will learn from this not to just rush something out when it isn't even close to being finished. This is really something that could have been prevented, but instead it's like they were asking for something to go wrong with all the poor decision making.

I'm a picky hoarder. Long ago I made the decision to wishlist all clothes, at least rarity 1-99 so I would know if I got something new in a quest. I've made sure to collect all special shop wearables. And every new release I wishlist all items, restockable, subq, quest shop, everything.

Since I got the filled wardrobe achievement years ago I've mitigated a lot of my old art wearables to my gallery in case they're ever revamped.

Only thing I don't fully collect are cash shop and CWs, so for a huge majority of wearables I'll be able to know if I lost it, if it's not in my gallery or wishlisted. But I'll still have to account search every wearable to know 😖 I have like 16k+ items in my wardrobe and another 6k+ in my gallery @ _ @

I think I had my subetalodge list but that was also years ago. I think it confused me too much on importing my wardrobe codes. At least I kept my own owned list when it came to CWs so it was the first thing I was able to check.

edit: Well that's unfortunate, the subetalodge wardrobe list looks a lot different than the one I remember and I apparently haven't used it at all since its apparent update. Nothin to help me there!

I hate the new wardrobe, really wish they would have left it alone. I have no clue if anything is missing, I’m sure stuff is though. Anybody else notice their ornament inventory for the Christmas trees was mixed in with their wardrobe?

I tried the new wardrobe and then gave up and went back to the old one. Don't like that you can't scroll the list of what you're wearing so when you scroll down you can't see the HA. And the Organize didn't work. So went back to the old wardrobe and it seems to be working just fine. Except that I have no way of knowing if anything is missing.

Well, if you know you had a bunch of items, I would maybe start by going through the posts in the forum topics about this issue because a lot of people have been posting things they're missing that seem to be the same between several people.

I was able to figure out all but 2 of the items I'm missing from going through the lists that others have posted. I know it may not be all of the items you're missing, but it's a place to start.

This whole thing though is just ugh. Like how to you not have backups of the site for 4 months and not even notice? It should be part of someone's job to check that the backups are being stored properly like at least once a week or something. Once a month for sure. Especially double check before you plan on pushing out a new site feature, since things like that have a huge potential to cause problems. I just can't comprehend how nobody thought to do any of this.

Did this happen in all wardrobes or just the new one? Because after I tried the new one I went back to the old wardrobe and that's what I've been using.

Oh my god. What the absolute fuck? I'm lucky in that I only own a handful of CWs and I can see that I haven't lost any - but what about the people with thousands of them?

Also - I don't keep track of my wearables anywhere so this is just. wonderful.

agreed, not checking the backup was very negligent of them. So much worse could have happened that might have actually required a rollback. If this backup is from around the time they switched servers I cannot imagine going back to a pre-Lumi posibbly pre-Black Friday time. I think people would quit in droves.

All I can do is shake my head, say "classic subeta" and come to terms with that in 2 months I'll be here 9 years and this is the place I've dedicated so much time to...

My only silver lining is that it's motivated me to work on my subetalodge list now. Maybe I'll keep it updated now...

So how does updating the new or old wardrobe into Subetalodge work? I am hitting a roadblock in trying to upload my wardrobe into it. I get this message Source code not recognized. Do not proceed.

I figured out how to add things to Subetalodge with my husband's help. From here on out I am going to keep better track...

ok I just figured it out too! That'll be faster than manually searching 😅 I'm gonna try to keep better track too. I think it's a wake-up call for everyone, including staff.
