I was able to reschedule the appointment, but unfortunately they couldn't fit me in until the end of April. =X I wasn't the only one who had to reschedule, so I guess that their open slots filled quickly. The bunny was so cute! xD I love your purple look today, the dress goes perfectly with that background. When the wardrobe was first added on Subeta, those dresses were my favorite things. 😂 They have since been revamped, they definitely made improvements. xD

I had kind of a rough weekend with the pain again, but have been feeling a bit better today. knocks on wood I started applying for sub jobs at some local school districts, so hopefully that will go well. Awww, is the facial pain you are having from the surgery? Is it on one or both sides of your face? If it's soft stuff it should be okay, but you should try it when you feel ready. :-) I can't remember if I told you or not (I know I told Raven and Paddy), but I have a fracture healing in my face, and I had to make a mouth guard because I stress grind my teeth when I sleep. It was causing me a lot of pain because of the fracture. It's much better now that I am using the guard, though. I did feel better eating soft stuff, and only chewing on the other side of my mouth. I am not sure if that is an option for your situation, though. =X

today I went to pikes to buy soil. then to get a snail from petco since my betta tank is covered in allege. Then repotted the goldfish bowl plants because I over watered. they are now back in the bowl. then potted some other plants and then (and here was so much fun) got the fan out from my sewing table which cord was caught had to get mum to tilt the fishtank so I could move the cord. Then had to move the heavy chair and then move the carpet protector thingamabob plastic thingy so I could take the old fan out (cord is under it) then put new fan in place and put chair back. I'm beat haha. Back is complaining too haha. And since my betta is named Lavender, I've named the snail Ron haha.

The soil that was sopping wet is now drying on parchment paper. and had to have the chair on top of me on the bed cos its so large and heavy it was the only way I could move it haha oh the sarcasm came through haha It's nice but I don't know how workable it would be. Lavender and Ron. :snots: that is too cute. Sounds like quite the day. I spent some time at the flat today. someone was coming to buy a cabinet I have, but they been a pain in the rear. Never bothered to even message me to say they be late- even tho I went in just to meet up with them. They knew this. So I ended up saying not to bother. Hopefully I will find someone else that will take it.

It mostly hurts on the right side. Which stands to reason due to the fact that it was the more difficult joint for the dr to place in and has been more swollen from the start of the healing.

I did not know you had a fracture - you poor thing! I bet that hurt a lot! How did you figure it out and how did the dr treat it? I bet eating only soft foods would be easiest on that type of thing. hugs tightly I will get brave enough to try the softer foods soon.

Thanks, I hope so too! :-) The emergency permit I have is only valid for the daily type of subbing. If I decide that I enjoy teaching though, I might go back to school for it. Right now with my health being iffy and with the other job I have, I don't think it will be in the cards for a while. Also, the doctor may have figured out what part of my problem was. I had burning pain again this week, and I finally called the doctor today, even thought I did the home UTI test and the one pad came back negative. It turns out the strips are inaccurate, because I tested positive for the same thing in the office. So, it's possible that at least some of the pain has been from either a recurring UTI, or one that never cleared up properly in the first place. I'm on antibiotics right now and feel pretty tired and nauseated, but hopefully this will get to the root of at least part of my problems! She said if I get another one after I finish this course of antibiotics, she might refer me to a urologist who could help me with recurring UTIs.

It did, it happened in December. My car was acting weird and I had to pull over on the highway. When my husband came to pick me up, I went to get into his car, and as I opened his car door, a tractor trailer truck whizzed by and the force of the wind it created threw the door open. The door hit me in the face so hard that I fell backwards. I thought I just had a bruise, but when I noticed I was grinding and clenching my teeth in my sleep again, the whole left side of my face and my teeth started to hurt. I went to the dentist and he took some xrays. He told me that it wasn't my teeth, and that I probably had a fracture from where the door hit. He said the only thing I could really do with that type of fracture was to wait and let it heal on its own. He also suggested sleeping with a mouth guard, which really helped a lot. After about a week of wearing it and only chewing with the other side of my mouth, it started to feel better. He said if it hadn't improved with the guard, he would have sent me to an oral surgeon to xray the rest of my face. Awww, I bet yours hurts a lot, I have heard nerve pain is awful. =( Will it go away eventually as you heal? My one friend has neuralgia and that will never go away, so I am hoping it's not that. q.q hugs
