It makes sense for sure. :) I feel kinda silly for not having thought of that myself. lol I did start over on the squares I feel are too tight to be used- and the ones I made last night seemed fine. So thats good I guess. lol

it's definitely not for everyone. he's got a new series called 24 hours to hell and back. It's kinda the same thing as nightmares except they renovate in only 24 hrs and he helps cook too

that's good on the new ones being the right size - make sure to write on the pattern what hook you used, so you don't get the same trouble again if you make another one! Whoa, that sweater looks amazing, but I think that'd be way over my skills (and patience! :P) to even start knitting that! 😊

I am sure you could knit it just fine. :) Sweaters are intimiating when you havent done one before, but its not as bad as you think. :) the patience pat is a whole other thing tho. :P

I never bothered writing down the needles before, as I'd kept them in the project back with the unfinished knitting.... then needed to use them for another project - of course by the time I came back to the unfinished one, I'd forgotten which needle size I'd used 😊 :P

I think the patience is where I'd come unstuck :P I can do the patience for sewing a lined denim jacket - that's taken about 5 sewing days so far (a sewing day is probably 6 hours at the most, depending on how much time I get with the house to myself laughs), but knitting all those rows of hundreds of stitches.... I don't have the patience for that :P :P

Hehe... a big part of it was wanting the sweaters. :P I have to admit, I was def. ready to be done with them by the time I was nearing the end. It did get a bit old after a while. lol I dont feel that I have the patience for sewing. Good thing we are all different. :)

nods it's a lot easier just to keep a note with the project though laughs ;) I've started doing that for my fabric now, writing a note saying what type of fabric it is, before I put it in my projects bag (I can never be certain what the wash instructions are by the time I've made it into something otherwise :P)

The worst bit of sewing for me, is adding in buttons & buttonholes at the end - I never seem to get jeans buttons to hammer in straight o.O and of course it's almost impossible to get the darn thing off again to retry 😊
