RP-Paddy said the wasn't suitable to wear on its own :P (her sense of adventure ran off screaming after the last full moon o.O)
I thought he'd be quite keen, so he could pick the colour he wants or even a patterned fleece.... but he seems surprisingly indifferent

-giggles- poor adventure guess if he doesn't, you just pick it yourself :P
RP-Paddy reckons it isn't her fault that the adventure was too much of a scaredy cat :P Nah, if he doesn't, then he can't have his fleece hat 😇 I'll see if I can dig out some denim to make the baseball cap though - I think I've got enough lying around to make that work ;) :D I love the HA today, especially the way that gingerbread man in the background looks like it's peeking over the shoulder :D

-giggles- hopefully you can get him to cooperate :P good luck :D thanks <3 hehe I loved that too! Wasn't intentional but so cute :D
I might see if I can find some suitable fleece for him to look at over the summer - it might be cheaper then laughs It works brilliantly (so of course it was intentional :P)
[edit]
Here's a couple of pics of the not-quite-finished denim jacket....
you wouldn't believe how hard it is to get a photo of a jacket lining when the jacket is hanging on the wardrobe door 😊
....the lining was sold as "ex designer" so it's got the Jaeger name written over it - I figured it'd be a neat idea to make my handmade denim jacket look like a Jaeger one laughs
And just to prove that I have (finally) managed to hang that organiser that you made me a while back....

:nods: that is what I figured too. :) Nothing that cant be fixed easily. :D
I think you forgot about old me. :sobs and wipes tears on your shirt:

I hemmed those jeans today - when I pinned them, they were a smidge long, but I didn't want to fiddle about too much as the fabric is quite stretchy, so they could well 'grow' a bit when they're worn (or shrink in the wash!) ;)

I didn't forget, I replied... but I guess it didn't go through or something. Hopefully blocking will make them longer but I'm so glad you got them made :D
good luck :D ooh that looks brilliant. LOL don't know of the brand though :D it looks perfect on your door <3
the brand stood out to me simply because that shop was next door to the snobby clothing shop I used to work in ;) .... and it was probably equally as snobby as where I worked (certainly on the prices, it was on a par)
:D and even more surprisingly, the hooks are still attached to the door - Mum reckoned they'd have fallen off by now :P

haha nice :D oh those command strips work so well. love todays ha. nice shirt What is it?
😮 takes a few steps back from your HA that looks amazing.... completely and utterly creepy, but amazing all the same!
nods I got a pack of the tiny Christmas light hooks too, so I could get my mouse & keyboard leads tidier at the back of the computer. There's not so much of a tangle of leads to get past to find the wall switch now :P
That's erm goes to the wardrobe to check the name ;)

why thank you :D lol I had no idea how to work with this stage lol so cover up time :P And I thought, let's do a real zombie lol.
Looks like I've only got time for one more so needa decide which zombie strain to go for.
aww thats no fun lol tangles are brilliant :P
Ooh nice :D I likes it
which zombie disease are you working on at the moment? Once Lotus finishes (should be in the next 10 minutes hopefully), I think I've got enough time for another vial, which should be finished before the end of Friday, so I can start a longer one just before Survival ends ;)
ROFL not when Dad needs to do the switch and almost pulls the computer keyboard off the back of the desk because he's caught the lead 😇 :P
I went through my wishlist to see if anything was available in user shops - I couldn't leave that one in there 😊

barnackles Oh you suck lol I mean congrats :P. I have one more stage to go so I know I don't have time for more than one lol. hehe it sounds like fun :P that's great love those finds. Oh that's an interesting look you have it took me a moment to realise the hat wasn't a witch hat as the bg blends with the hat
If its just a smidge I would def. just leave them as they are, and see how it works out after your worn them for a bit and washed them. :D
That is strange! :) I am gonna be pretty gutted if they dont stretch.. was a lot of work for sure...
Heading out for a walk laters... any plans yourself? :)

I took your advice and worked on the vials to get as many as possible this time laughs :P This is my third one now (bulbous) and I think I might do the baker's kiss on Friday morning as the last one :D Which one are you going to go with to finish off then?
laughs that was completely unintentional, but I see what you mean! ;) :P
nods I need to make a belt to wear with the jeans, as the waistband stretched while I was sewing (and ironing it with steam hasn't made it shrink back enough :K), so it could be that they end up a bit lower on the waist than I was aiming for too 😊

oh well lol. I’m sure they will –snuggles- I had to finish grocery shopping. I’m hoping to do a bit of scrapbooking tonight.
Awesome :D you go girl :D The baker’s kiss will be fun to play with. I’m thinking of just telling the forum the 4 I’m torn over and letting fate take it haha. Yeah lol it tripped me up. But it’s very cute
:D it's guaranteed that next year I won't be quite so organised though :P nods no idea how much use I'd get from the Baker's Kiss skin, but it's better than some of the really gross ones I've got left to unlock :P ROFL which four are those then? ;)
oooo I like the outfit today, what's the jumper you've used?

Solveig had a few suggestions on how I could frog just a part of it- and make it longer despite all the colour pattern- so I am gonna try that.
Scrapbooking sounds fun. :D What are you making now? :D
Fingers crossed the jeans will work out like you want them to! :D
I have a big of a dillemma. I have been crocheting this: http://www.garnstudio.com/dropsalong.php?id=2&cid=19
Picked it back up last night, as I needed a break from the mittens. 👼 I am on step 7- but I noticed I crochet the squares much to tightly- at least they are too small compared to the size the pattern tells me they are suppose to be. I am not sure how they will fit together once I am done if I continue like this- if I should get more yarn and start over from the beginning- or just some squares?I am so conflicted! Why I didnt check this before last night I do not know- I should have done that from the start. Kicking myeself for that too. A lot of squares doesnt seem flat enough- if that makes sense.

If you're not joining the squares as you go, maybe lay them out in the right layout for the pattern, and if they don't fit, you could always just have an extra row of treble / helf treble stitches around the outside to make it up to the right size maybe? That would change the look of the finished blanket a bit, but would still make sure it'd fit together at the end.
If the squares aren't lying flat enough, have you checked your corners to make sure you have enough stitches there to make a square corner? If you missed a stitch or two on the corners (or even in one of the previous rounds), that would make it want to be a bowl shape rather than a flat square.
I think for me, it'd depend on how many squares I'd already done that didn't match the sizing, on whether I wanted to start over with them again, or just add in another row to make them the right size.
