yeah, Mum said she doesn't want to try taking it into the shop today, as parking isn't all that easy at the weekend, but hopefully early next week they'll be able to get that in there for me. And I'm hoping whatever the problem is, the shop will be able to resolve it easily!

yeah, they have food stalls set up on the undercover walkway area that leads from the car park through to the shops, so that makes it even busier to try and walk through there. Nice if you want to see those stalls, but one area to avoid if you're not interested in those!
