there's one author, Meljean Brooks. she does a series called The Iron Seas. I really like her 1st one "The Iron Duke" and her last one, "The Kraken King" there's also a novella, "Here there be Monsters". REALLY like that one. very cute.

I also like Gail Carriger, she does a series called "The Parasol Protectorate" that's another one I like (with vampires and werewolves) Very Cute, her and her Parasol.

and author, Cindy Spencer Pipe. Those are the 3 fav's in the 'steampunk' genre that I like the best.

I have to admit, that usually this time of year, I'm usually in a "steampunk" kind of mood. and I'll re-read the ones I have, (haven't found any new authors that have grabbed my attention, in this genre)

but today a new book, from one of my favorite authors, has come out. I LOVE her books. her characters always make me laugh. and the author writes under a couple of different names, with different genre's

my mood? i love books with vampires, werewolves and things, been really into Cassandra Clare's shadowhunter books. just got a new one today in the mail. have you ever read Dearly, Departed and Dearly Beloved by Lia Habel. sadly still waiting on her to write the third one.
