I remember your old username. Yes probably ASP cult (most of us were/are). They did away with the term cult 2 years back because of bad associations to the term cult.

My computers graphics card went poof a month or so back so I'm on with my phone and that gets annoying. So I lurk and less active. Plus I work 70+ a week so no time really either :(

Yeah this site is not very mobile friendly. The first thing I'll do if I have some spare time is see if I can code myself some custom CSS to make it better. For me it will mostly be chatting and lurking on here as well in the mean time. I work a lot too, but I have a long commute in public transport, so it would be nice if I could play on the train.

I remember you! Congratulations on the baby! How is he/she doing? It's the reason why I quit subeta. A baby and getting back to work full time were too much for me. My son is now three and almost ready to start school.

My son is almost 9 months old (21st of August) and I'm tired, I'm still tired, but not as much as in the beginning! I decided last year to stay off line as much as I can so I can focus more on the baby. Wow, already starting school. Is it like Pre-K?

In the Nehtherlands school starts when you're four. The first two years is mainly playing together, arts and crafts and physical education and from the third year onwards they learn writing ang math and all the other subjects.

That is very different. We are now learning our son to count and I guess he will know more than needed when he starts the official writing and maths lessons. He's going to daycare when we work and they also spend time learning the kids some basic things such as shapes, colors, seasons, days of the week, etc.

yep, the forum groups were prior to the dismantling of the cults themselves. I think the decision to do away with the cults had to do more with coding for the layouts as opposed to the forum groups that was rolled out. I want to say the initial change over from cults to forum groups happened about 3 years ago.

That must be right after I left! I remember something about them going to change how making profiles and pet profiles work as well. Did that ever happen? My user profile still worked after I updated the background image link. I did have a pet with a broken profile, but I'm not sure what caused that. I didn't like the story anymore so I removed it alltogether without looking into it.
