i did easter this year as my parents were here and i did a sheet pan meal.. it was pretty good

Sheet pan meal? Never heard of that :O I am making veggies, scalloped potatoes, a pie, my fam is making stuffing and green bean casserole and not sure what to make for the main dish DX I was gonna do stew but my husband said that isn't a main dish lol I forgot sweet potato dish too lol

i love sheet pan meals, and when i found the easter dinner one i had to try it. it had au gratin potatoes, honey butter carrots, parmesan asparagus, brown sugar pineapple ham and sliced baguette.

it was, it was pinterest find, and i'm lazy so sheet pan meal at the bomb. minimal prepping but thats fine. my favorites are a mini meatloaves and pork chop meals, so far at least. always try new ones when i'm not putting it off.. but once i do, its easier to do again

That's good I think I am gonna do a pork loin or salmon as the main dish :O

yea means you can use your sheet pans more then just cookies, lol xD i'm not a fish fan so i make salmon very rarely unless i find a yummy sounding recipe, lol
