I recently came back to Subeta after a couple of years, and the new wardrobe was implemented during my absence. I have converted a few times to the new wardrobe, redone my HA a number of times, confirmed that the items are still in my wardrobe, but I continue to be naked after saving. :( See below:
I looked at the OP but didn't see this really listed as a known bug... so I am not sure if this is on your radar or not. I am using the most recent version of Chrome on a Win10 pc. Am I missing something here?
Are you sure those items are in your wardrobe (as in, they show up there if you Account Search them?)
Have you tried removing the items from your wardrobe and adding them back in again?
Also, I noticed your background item is showing up, but the clothes are not. Have you noticed any pattern as to which items show up and which do not?

Hey, thanks for the response! Yea... when I converted like the second time the background showed up but nothing else. Weird.
I did check everything is still in there via Account Search, but didn't think to remove and re-add them. I was just going to try to do that, but I can't figure out how? D: Oh, go to Organize Items. Okay so I just pulled them out and re-added them (not via QS just in case) and tried to re-wear the HA. crosses fingers but expecting to see nakedness again haha Yea, still naked. :(
Hm that's really weird. I haven't seen this glitch before and all I can think is to keep narrowing down what might be causing it. So let's try a couple more things:
- If you remove your zombie skin, does that change anything? What about switching to a different skin?
- Is your background also showing as in your wardrobe if you Account Search it?
- What happens if you remove and re-add your background item to your wardrobe, does it continue to show?
You've actually caught me at the end of my shift (and a particularly exhausting day) unfortunately, but when I'm back tomorrow I'll take a closer look at your data and see what could be going wrong.

Leave it to me to have a really special glitch! :D And no worries about it being the end of your shift, sleep well and it can wait until you are back on the clock... I have been dealing with this for at minimum of a month.
- Removed my zombie skin (again, I put it back on this evening) and it appears to still be happening. Switched to Brain Rot and Butterfly Bruise with similar results (I don't have any other skins... I didn't cure my Boobitis until whenever the skin selection was added so I missed 99.9% of the skins, and I haven't played for 2.5 years)
- Yea, it does.
- I had actually removed the background and re-added it with all the other items before.
I just randomly added a couple more items to my HA and saved it (confirmed in my wardrobe via account search) to hopefully give you more to work with:
sigh I hate bothering you, but there's so much I can take from the wardrobe and apparently I'm running out of patience with it.
Items DON'T load AT ALL. I have to hard refresh the items page any number of times from 5 to 10 (waiting around 5 minutes before each hard refresh, sometimes taking much more tries than that) before they load, and sometimes the load stops working a few pages in.
I don't remember it being this bad a few months ago, is there anything you can do? I would really really really appreciate it, as I am losing my temper too much over this LOL
[edit] I've been hard refreshing for 40 minutes now. HALP!
[edit] It loaded after a lot of hard refreshes and when I got it down to 100 items per page. However, it stopped working once I clicked on page 2. It's been a lot of time refreshing now, Over an hour. This isn't normal.
I wonder if this will help you figure my problem out?
[edit] Still trying to get items to load (7:40 8:15 am Subeta Time).
Have attempted to get all different amounts of items to show per page, and no items load.
New items have been added to the wardrobe without issues (according to the organize items page)

You can stop trying it for now, because it won't work according to the error you're getting in the console... What you're encountering is not the usual error where the page times out. Instead it's saying that the page is not allowed to access our sapi. (That's what it means by saying that the origin "https://subeta.net" is not allowed access) This is strange because subeta.net is definitely allowed to access the sapi (that's how the forums work, for instance - and the forums seem to load for you) So this isn't the same problem with lag that we've been having, and I'm trying to think what could be going on that this would suddenly happen to you...
I understand how frustrating this has been. There's some stuff we can try to get to the bottom of this...
In the Network tab you have opened, could you click on the request in red (the one with the 504 error) and go to the tab labelled "Headers" and show me what it says in that tab?
Also in the Network tab, what happens if you double-click on the request that shows up in red (opening that URL in a new tab)? Does it succeed? (If it succeeds, then it verifies for me that this is an error with cross-domain stuff, not with server efficiency)
Can you double-check that you haven't recently installed anything in your browser, or changed any browser settings, that could have affected the way JavaScript runs? Especially anything mentioning "CORS" or "cross origin resource sharing" would be phrases to look for.
Are you able to try this on a different browser (for instance Opera has the same console as Chrome) and see if you get the same 504 message?
Thanks so much for pinging me. Hopefully we can find some clues, meanwhile I'm also gonna work on finishing that other fix I talked to you about and pushing that, which may or may not help with this too.

Some of you may have noticed non-wearable items showing up in the wardrobe. I fixed a bunch of them this morning. These items should no longer show up in the wardrobe:
EDIT: An updated list of these will be kept in the first post!
If you Account Search any of these and it says you have one in your wardrobe, please make a ticket and a UA will remove it for you. If you notice any other non-wearable items in the wardrobe that have not been listed here, please let me know and I'll fix it.
Next: a quick update on the drawers situation. I'm working on fixing the drawers dropdown (this is the next update I plan to push) so that those will work properly again. Just want to let you all know it's not forgotten, it's still being worked on, it's just turning out to be a lot of work.
Please double-check today that you're under the drawers limit (50 drawers). At some point after today, there will be an update to enforce the limit. Don't worry - your drawers will NOT be deleted without your consent, even if you're above the limit. However, you will be prompted to delete some drawers before you can use the wardrobe again if you are over the limit.

One more update: I pushed a fix to the issues we were having with the drawers dropdown. These were the glitches reported:
- The dropdown menu would only show "All" and "None"
- The dropdown menu would show the drawers, but go back to just All/None if you switched to a different tab and back
These should now be fixed.
I also was able to move the drawer information to its own function, to take some strain off the item searches, so hopefully they will be the tiniest bit faster now.

[edit] Weird that now after I checked for the drawers thing on the ticket, items are loading? Took 3 seconds to load at 250 items; 8 seconds to load 500 items.
[edit] I have several of the non-wears mentioned above, should I make a new ticket, or post it on the current one? (Dreavosep, Magical Duct Tape, Whoopee Cushion, Angelic Puff Puppet, Cursed Irion Chestplate)

Okay, we can keep our ticket open as I look at the CORS issue you're running into. Were you able to try the wardrobe on a different browser? Around when did you start getting this problem with the items not loading - this morning correct? Do you recall anything else you were doing on your computer that may have had to do with this starting to happen? I can't think of anything though, it just seems so weird because I feel like something on your end must have changed for this new error to suddenly pop up.
Thanks for the screenshot btw. Could you also scroll down on that panel and get a screenshot of what it says under the "Request Headers" section? It might be relevant. Sorry the wardrobe is being so uncooperative with you, the least I can do is keep trying to figure out the problems as they come D:
For the non-wears, make a separate ticket and a UA (not me) will remove them from your wardrobe for you :)

checking on Firefox (I don't have Opera), I didn't run into any issues with the wardrobe. Funny enough, I'm not having issues with items loading on Chrome anymore now.
The issue started around 2:30 am Subeta time, and I posted here around 3 am. I was chatting on the Forums while it happened, and wasn't doing anything much, other than trying to stay awake lol
If the wardrobe is working for me right now, do you still require the screen shot of the console?
