Yes, I converted my drawers 2 times. The irony is that only 1 item I just got is showing up in a drawer. Do not want to convert drawers again. The wardrobe under organize tells me I have"X" amount of items in my wardrobe that I can only see on my layers. Since these items are in my wardrobe can I go thru my layers and remove these item and then return them to the drawers? Don't understand why my drawers do not show up in the wardrobe - not even the item that is new and it shows up under the organize tab. Sorry, just trying not to get upset. Guess not, just checked under the items tab in the backdrop layer - this wardrobe only shows my items for that layer as stopping at Drops of a Red Morning Sky so the next item I own would be the Dungarde Signet. This item is found under in my wardrobe under the organize tab if I search it as a filter. But starting here I have no more items that are wearable .

You probably could? Removing them will definitely reset them to being in no drawer, so you should be able to see them once you've done that.

Yes, the wardrobe is not loading beyond page 2 of my backdrop. I just removed what the next item I should own and put it back in the right section of my drawers but it still doesn't show up. I have 22K plus items and don't know how to use. This new item now shows up in my wardrobe but only if I ask for it by name and it does now show up in my drawer as the only item but still no drawers show up in the wardrobe changing area.

Which set of filters do you mean, what section of the wardrobe so that I give you the right answer please.

Inside the wardrobe app, that's where you are right? (The page where you can build your outfit) By filters I mean the form for searching your items: with the checkbox "only items you own", and the dropdowns that say Layer, Drawer, Added to Site/Added to Wardrobe, and so on.

Yes, inside the wardrobe. Yes, I do have the show only items I own tab checked. Layer states all but they are all listed, Drawers will only show all and sort by is added to site, show has all items and set to 500 per page.

Okay, and for the Drawers dropdown you have "All" selected?

Can you try setting it to show 250 or 100 per page and see if that helps at all? Sometimes it can help to ask for a lower number since it's less items for the server to process.

- I sent 3 tickets as you suggested and none of them seem to show being sent, So consequently I am writing on here ; I am using Windows Seven and the Browser I use for Subeta at this moment is Firefox - I was using Google as my Browser but after months of getting nothing to load in my wardrobe decided to return to Firefox and my wardrobe items loaded which made me pretty happy. However, with the latest changes to the wardrobe and using Firefox nothing is loading again and I am pretty tired of all this nonsense. I hate to be testy but there have been way too many changes and problems with the wardrobe in the 10 or more years that I have been a member of this site. getting pretty tired of it at this point.

Is there not something massive wrong with the wardrobe? I can't get anything. I tried the convert, just in case the tweaks had created the need to do it again and got a massive error? What's up??

Just learned today because like a glutton for punishment I went to check my wardrobe still not loading but then I saw the new message that there can be only 50 drawers. Had mentioned that I have 64 and no one told me that I had too many. OK, I'm really happy to comply and delete 14 drawers but I do have a problem in that under organize it shows me what drawers I have but I cannot load the drawers to see and remove these items, delete the drawer and then just re-add these items to the wardrobe. None of the items moved to any drawer showup that way, everything says unsorted.

Yes, I know I converted the drawers two time and probably more times for the HA herself. I've started deleting drawers once I've taken thing out that I am sure of and putting those items back in the wardrobe some in drawer. I hope we are not working at cross purposes.
Don't mean to take it out on you, I know you are working hard and I really do appreciate it. I'm just worried that I will lose items that I paid for.

You don't need to worry about losing any items. When you delete a drawer, it just deletes the drawer itself, not all the items inside of that drawer. No one has reported losing items thus far so there should be no risk of that :)

Just to clarify what's happening for you, do the items show up on the Organize Items page, but not the wardrobe app?

Don't run the convert script (for HA or drawers) - It's better if we don't touch things while I try to figure out what's going on for you. I'm still unclear what it is you're experiencing. Are you able to take any screenshots to help show me what's happening?

First let me tell you that the things I had added back into the wardrobe I hope that I caught them all today by changing the drawer I placed them in to read none. Yes, that is right, the wardrobe app does not load but the organize tab does load. Thank you for that, this way I can go thru and put none in anywhere that needs it. In the organize area I have started checking layers to make sure everything is in the none category - have done 4 of the layers so far. Don't worry I do not intend to run the convert script for anything, have learned my lesson. And no, I don't know how to do a screen shot. And you have my absolute respect, I am not missing any of the most important items and that could not have been easy ❤.

No worries. I know it's frustrating to be having issues with this so I'll keep working with you as long as you can bear with me :)

In the wardrobe app, can you describe what you see where the items are supposed to load? Does it say "Loading Items..." and get stuck there, for example? Or does it just show blank? I think you mentioned it would load a couple pages but not all of the items in your wardrobe, is that correct?

Have you tried changing the "Per Page" dropdown to see if that will get more items to load? Try setting it to 25 (the lowest setting) and see if that helps at all, it will at least tell us more about the problem.

It was loading the way you describe - the backdrop only loaded two pages before it stopped loading. It does say loading but nothing does it does seem to be stuck Just tried setting it at 25 pages and nothing loaded. Am very happy to work with you - wish I knew what you do, you are very helpful and we are lucky to have you.
