Well....things turned a little sour.....one week after the wedding, our great aunt died this morning. My sisters don't remember her well, but father and I do. She had so much fun visiting us during the wedding. She was 91.

:( I am so sorry for your loss. I am glad it seems she got to enjoy the wedding before she passed. Was there any indication something was wrong? I know there are some 91 year olds that seem pretty spry for their age.
My own grandmother was 92 when she passed a couple years ago, due to her heart. Though I think it was more, she was ready and wanted to go to Heaven. The pain from her passing still hurts, and I expect will last much longer, but I like to think on all she taught me and the good times we had. I know there's nothing that makes the pain go away right now, and not much can be said, but my heart goes out to you and your family. I'll be keeping you all in my prayers. gives a big bear hug

Pneumonia. They took her to the hospital. From what I hear, she refused oxygen. I heard she kept telling her family how much fun she had visiting.

I got some custom stuff. I love custom stuff, but never see things I like through threads or shops. I usually grab them from SQL events ^^;

You never see new ones you like? I'm subscribed to the new items forum board, so I get pinged every few days with everything new... It's very unhealthy for my wishlists!

But incidentally, several backgrounds (which are my subeta custom weakness) that I already had on my wishlist were in the prize shop, which was super exciting... :D

I do find stuff eventually, but I should probably elaborate. I never have csc for the few things I find, and when I do get some, they are either already gone, or I'm being frugal and getting many things out of the store (when there's a sale) for my buck. ^^; I may be an old Subetan, but I'm also a poor user ^^;

Haha, yeah, THAT I get... Incidentally, did you know if you sort your wishlist by price, it'll disappear any items that aren't currently available in any custom shops or user shops? Makes it easier to pick out what you want to buy when you DO save up the CSC for something... :O (of course, unpriced items in a shop aren't listed, so you'd still have to hit a user sale in the forums to see those items...)

Unfortunately, I don't think I can go for it this time... Crazy busy right now! We just turned over our old apartment, so we still have loads to do in the new one. Plus loads of early garden tasks in a yard that hasn't been tended in ages. And 25 pages to type up for the book I'm translating, another 70 or so to translate... And a big load of classes at the moment.... :/ :/ :/
