: It was because of that snowball fight during masquerade and all the hate-mail that Keith got as a result from users who complained that their masquerade costumes were ruined , that they shut it down. Keith told me himself when I went to the San Francisco Meetup. He just gave me squinty-eyes, pointed his paw at me and said..."It was YOU!" We all had a good laugh about it, but he was pretty adamant about not letting that ever happen again.

I really miss Laurie too.

A few whiners have to spoil the fun for everyone. It would be nice to have a code for those that dont wish to participate or code for those who do.

: It was epic though, took everybody completely by surprise. The only way it could have been any better would have been to start a real snowball fight in a real masquerade ball. Utter chaos, lots of cursing and retribution...some ghastly-looking HA's covered in snowballs. Once in a life-time thrill for me. There was even talk about freezing accounts for exploiting a glitch in the system...Who knew that a cute, fuzzy little weasel-girl from the woodland could cause so much trouble.

I'm hoping one day for a pumpkin-chunker on this site.

I've been in a green plum fight. We literally stripped the plums off both of my father's prize plum trees and chucked them at the neighbor kids two houses down behind our yard. They stripped their mother's fancy peaches off the trees ( green of course ) to chuck back at me and my little friend Melissa. It looked like a tornado had touched down in both yards and dumped 150lbs of fruit on both lawns. I know it was 150 lbs because my father weighed it all on scales so he could make us pay for plums at market during plum season so that he could make his prize-winning plum jam. I was a busy little child. Melissa got off scott-free as did the other little weasel-brats two houses down behind our back yard fence. I had to give up what I had saved up for Yuletide....

Boy I got off scott free then, beside the bruised from the apples. Oh boy I cant believe you Dad weighed all that fruit! Pie fight oh I would love that, as long as there would be pecan and pumpkin pies thrown.

- it was so much fun...but I had no idea of the troubles it caused...that event was just plain fun. I laughed so hard..and I remember I was cooking so took my laptop to the kitchen because I didn't want to miss anything :)

I LOVE that image of everyone in the foil hats...haha I had all those doggies...Gina was there with Cie...there is Laurie front and center...and Lillydivine was there...wishing Laurie would come back. Maybe if everyone walked out to the front door at the exact same moment and yelled her name she'd hear us :)

: I'm going to try to identify all the HA's in that picture. Somewhere on my iPad I have a list of names for all the characters, but a lot of the pictures I used to make that graphic are just numbers...I suspect user account numbers. I'll get it all figured out. I suspected that you were the one in the front with all the doggies.

I am te one in the wizard outfit with the wand in the group picture. My Mom was big on consequences, too. I remember a few, worse ones go to my room as punishment. I was an outdoor kid, and she knew I would rather be outside playing around. My thought at the time was, spank me I can still go outside.

I'm not sure but I might be the unicorn in the front row.
