I'm back at work after two months holiday and oh, wow am I feeling;
Roasted, toasted, wasted, basted, Broiled, poached, baked, scrambled, Frizzled, frazzled, frittered and fried.
I think a quick night swim is in order, an ale and off to bed for me.
You notice a Bloodred Potion on the ground, but right when you bend down to pick it up, lizard minions come out of nowhere and scurry off with it!
Your lizard minion trap crashes down, but all you manage to do is capture a single lizard minion, you hurt him! How dare you?! You angrily stuff the comatose lizard minion into your inventory and lie in wait.
Dang it he let the potion go damn!!!

I don't think I've ever seen that happen before!

Thats sucks plenty of comatose lizards around subeta. I actually get lizards in my house, so I get to make them immobile so they can be taken back outside. Come to find out they eat roaches, which is fine by me. But I dont want to have them multiple in the house, I would freak out if I stepped on one, or woke up to one on the bed. So I use a plastic spray bottle full of hair spray. After I spray them, they cant ran so fast from me and I can scoop them up. I take them and put them in my front flower bed, and rinse off the hairspray. They run off, back to doing lizard things.
Hairspray that I use.

lol thats funny we have lizards that run around my house as well my grand daughter loves them and the toads that come out at night too she tries to catch the lizards but they run to fast for her to catch them

Well now Grandpa has a secret weapon to help her catch them. She will be surprised.
A story on my city bred hubby, he was out in our back yard years ago. He yell at me through the window to come outside. He pointed to the ground and told me, he thought a neighbor dog left behind a bathroom surprise. He also mentioned it jumped, I asked when is the last time you saw a turd jump? He gave me a weird look, I told him it was a small tree frog. You know I always ask, has he found any more jumping turds over the years? City folks is what I refer to him and my 3 sons.
I am born and city bred as well but I have a Aunt and Uncle that have a 200 acre farm they grow corn and soybeans and they also have a bunch of animals too so I would spend my summers at their house learning how to be a farmer I always thought it would be a good idea to know how to do stuff like that as well

You were very lucky and blessed, little did you know you would need the knowledge later in life. So you had the best of both worlds.
I grew up on the streets on the south side of Chicago back in the 80's I know how to survive the streets but I needed to get away from there when I could so I would go stay with my aunt and uncle for the summer

LOL, I almost busted a gut at that.

I live in a small country town, but was always happy to go out to my Mom's friend's place out in the country. Nothing like warming your hands on a still warm chicken egg. I knew you would appreciate the stories of the lizard and the jumping turd. LOL
When I was growing up turtles, water dogs, horned toads and garter snakes were common and none of us kids were afraid of them. We played with them all the time. I saw a hilarious video on Facebook of a city cop trying to corral a turtle, he was scared out of his skin by it. If my 5 year old self had been there I would have walked right up and picked it up for him.

I know you would have taken your sassy self up to the turtle and picked it up not thinking a thing about. I never messed with snakes as a kid, I was afraid of them, because darn neighbor boys teased us with them, or threw them at us smaller kids.
Heheh, my neighborhood didn't produce sissies, that's for sure. Of course, that could have been the way we were raised too. I grew up in the 60s but I was raised like a 50s kid.

Same here we were outside as much as possible. It didnt matter the season, we just had to stay on our block and answer when Mom called or rang the bell. Plus be in before it started to get dark. Neighbors didnt hesitate to call Mom, and tattle on us for misbehavior.
We were like that in the summer, we lived outside. Not so much in the winter, we are Texans after all.
