yea tell me about the sad part is that is where my wife grew up at it was her moms house we were living there to take care of it while her mom moved to Texas to help her sister out who had cancer and it used to be a really nice neighborhood the whole south side is shit now

that's why we wanted to live in small cities... in Canada/US we lived in small cities and everyday is peaceful... :) pokes my signature I've categorized my WLs by types & shops. How does this look?
Ill check it out ... and yea where I live now we live on a couple of acres of land and surrounded by wooded area when it gets late at night and it real quiet out you can here the animals moving around in the woods but a lot of times there are coyotes out there howling away or kinda doing their yiping sounds to get the attention of the other coyotes .... there are also a lot of owls around here as well
Edit: I checked out your wishlist set-up and that looks very good but I still see you have over 600 items in your unsorted group... it will only show 500 of the items at a time though

oh yea I haven't finished editing them yet aha xD I feel like I have too many categories LOL is that okay?
Congratulations on your 9th year Subetaversary.Hope you to see you for many many years
In Memory Of Marreshaann
:) Sounds like you had a fun day.
We kinda had our celebration last Saturday as some family live in other towns. (Though I don't know if I should consider the second biggest place in OK to be a town...) Technically we're not supposed to shoot fireworks in city limits w/o permits, but every year you can see and hear them all over. =_=' I'd enjoy it more if I could actually See them through all the trees around our place. It goes kinda random, but they've been shooting them off since.... well I heard some this morning. And I just heard some more after midnight here. le sigh I enjoy blowing things up too, but some people would like to sleep. (Not that I'm sleeping atm, obviously. ;P )
^_^' Ah , now I feel I need to organize my WL too.
OooH! And Congrats on another year of Subeta Duane!! :D
Sorry it is late but happy Independence Day to all the Yanks! We had so much fun doing our own fireworks with DogLover and his cousins. We grilled and ate too much but really had fun being together. We were only missing 1 son and his daughter...
Happy 1st to those that celebrated then!
I love all of you...you are the very best in all of subeta π

I live out of city limits so as long as we don't catch any thing on fire at our house I guess its ok to light them off
Happy Fourth Of July to you as well I ate way to much as well I do all the grilling and it took about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to cook all the food but it was well worth it I love cooking on the grill I do as much as possible even in the winter time

I spent Independence Day at my Author's house in Fresno. We ate pretzel dogs, pasta salad, drinks, fresh sweet ( SWEET ) corn, chips, and lots and lots of fireworks. Some humans shot them up in the air, it was like we were surrounded by our very own personal professional firework show like they have at Bass Lake, complete with the fire brigade, police helicopters, sirens, and ambulances. The neighbors two doors down must have shot off nearly 200 rounds from their AK-47s. ( they have a very distinctive sound. ) and one neighbor knocked over a 6 inch mortar just as it shot off sending it down the street and exploding under some other neighbor's truck. Fortunately, there was no damage, but it was crazy. At least the humans across the way didn't shoot their fireworks AT the police helicopter this year.
- Happy Subetaversary, yesterday!

OOOoooo.....Noooooo! I am not a baker! (shudder!) No...ooo...ooo... I am scared to DEATH of the kitchen. I like recipes, reading about recipes, trading recipes, but actually making something in the hurrrr...rrr...rrr kitchen is more then I can take. Even thinking about gives me the hebeejeebees.
My author Mark baked these. ( he took the picture ) He found the recipe online called "Pretzel Dogs ( modified from Alton Brown's Pretzel Recipe " It uses a bread machine for the dough, a 30 second boiling baking soda bath, and about 12 minutes for the bake. It makes 24 dogs ( three packages ) that can be refrigerated ahead of time and reheated. Welly and I shared two between us. I like mine with german brown mustard, welly likes barbecue sauce. We both like sauerkraut with them too.
sky dreamer....Pun spelled backward is NUP...and that's e-nup-out of you. ( giggle ) :)
Those some yummy that's for sure ... I have never heard of a baking soda bath you'll have to ask your maker how he makes those with that bath.. it sounds like you live in a rough neighborhood as well my goodness that's a lot of fireworks literally fire from a gun we live in a quiet area and it was not bad like yours on 4th of July

Hello, bears. I've been semi-away for a while and suddenly got the urge to come say high. Skimming through the last few posts here, I think something in the back of my brain sensed that someone had mentioned baking. :P
