I'm very sorry I cannot imagine your loss and how it must feel to you and your family. We have a nice young nephew in the hospital awaiting a heart and liver transplant all at once he has been in the hospital for many months it's not fun

Breath and write things down, which will help your mind slow down and hence your blood pressure. When I get stressed with to much to do, I write things down or I will never sleep. Oh drink some Sleepy Time tea, and crawl in bed. You will have a very restful sleep.
