Well...I added all 3 to my WL on amazon. They do sound interesting. Although I know the last one probably isn't something I could get into. But hey, amazon does do free samples. So...I'll definitely check them out sometime.

I don't read on the computer either. I read on my iPad with the kindle app. I have it set to have a black background with white text. Much easier for me to stare at the screen. :D I do have a kindle as well that doesn't keep a charge. And my iPad is old and I think it is starting to go but I don't have the funds to buy another one right now plus other things I want to get before I do that. So once it dies, I might end up with a kindle fire HD. Definitely cheaper. But it can't communicate with my phone. :(

Well...that doesn't help...I probably have a bunch of serieses in my to read list on goodreads. :P Why do you torment me so?!

I'm glad you're feeling better! :-) I forgot did you say you had a cold? I think I have a sinus infection, probably from all of the smoke. I've felt crummy for a month or two but feeling worse the last 2 days so I finally made a dr appointment. Ugh!

yea, i a head cold, the rest of me coulda done so much but my head was up in space. kids are getting over it too. they were so could other then a little moody during the day. my sister gets sinus infections a lot

I don't know? Different time zones? My time zone is the same as subeta. So this is really early for me. I usually shower at at least 10:30/11pm and in bed by 12/12:30 if I have to get up the next morning.

It's rough getting sick with kids! And then when they're sick too! Arrggghhhh! Poor you! :-( Yeah, I used to get them all of the time too. But now I take allergy meds daily and use a neti pot so I rarely get them anymore. I thought I could beat it, but now I'm so thick headed and cranky so it's time to go. :-P

Yes, most border collies do rally love chasing things. My other border collie (the one you saw the picture of) is the opposite. That being said he is a unique character who likes to lounge about almost all day long. How are you and your daughter doing - have you been able to find fun summer things to do?

I thought the pup in the picture was a border collie too! I never knew there were mellow ones! He is unique!! Other than a sinus infection (me) we're doing well! :-) Last week and this week my daughter has had job training, so not quite as boring as our usual. Both places have been far from our house so I find a way to entertain myself for the 2 hours she's working. Next week she starts back to school. (It's just more job training through the school district.)

Oh good! Once when Liz was really young she had the flu at the same time as I did and we were both barfing. rotflmao! I'll never forget that experience! :-P

Yes, border collies tend to have two modes: run/hyper/herd and sleep/cuddle/relax. I have had three now and all three of them love cuddling as much as they love exercise. My Kodiak has been the most mellow of the three though, in terms of relaxing. However, if you let him see people he goes insane with joy. His entire body starts wiggling and he has been known to race around the room at super-dog speeds due to his joy spilling over. Saying that he loves people is an understatement. :P
