Magnus smiled, "aww. Yeah I bet she'd like that. Yeah i can make another copy." He liked Tamsin and he liked her more and more as the day had grown on. She wasn't perfect, but no one was. He hoped the centaurs didn't ban her.

"Thanks, Mags," Drew smiled at his friend. They walked along a bit and then Drew commented, "I don't know what I'm going to do first once we get back to the castle...raid the kitchens or soak in a bath." Looking at Magnus, he said, "Hey...you're a prefect. Think you could sneak me into the prefect's bathing chamber. I've always wanted to see it ever since hearing about Harry Potter's experience there." He could just imagine relaxing and soaking in the huge bathing area amidst colored bubbles.

"Merls," Magnus asked, "think we should let 'im 'ave the password to the prefect's bathroom. Its due to change soon anyway." The boy yawned, "personally for me I'm just gonna climb into me bed and sleep for like 200 years."

While Drew waited to hear Merlin's response, he said to Magnus, "Sleep sounds great...after a bath. I just hope I don't fall asleep and slip underwater and drown or anything like that."

"If Moaning Myrtle's about then she'd be no 'elp cos either she'd be spying on you or 'oping you drown so she 'as company." Magnus shook his head, "Maybe shower?"

"That might be a better option for now," Drew agreed. "Faster and less danger all around. I think I've had enough of that for a while. And that way I could crawl in bed sooner."

"could probly magic some water on you now if you want...save ya the trouble of showering later...or you know it still might rain..."

Drew made a face. "Thanks but no thanks," he said. "Walking back in wet clothes isn't my idea of fun. I can wait."

((ooc: I watched Logan! Must say it wasn't my favorite bc it was too bloody for my taste- ok I know it's wolverine but idk- but his acting was superb))

Merlin thought giving the password wasn't big deal but since other students were around he pretended and said. "I'm sorry, we can't give the password away, it is against the rules and the bathroom is only for prefects after all." He winks to Magnus and Drew hoping they catch on. I recommend to use the common one, it's more crowded in case you faint."

Drew stuck out his tongue playfully at Merlin, having caught the wink sent his way. "That's my prefect," he teased. "Always has our best interests at heart...and expects me to faint." He grinned at Merlin. "I really hope I don't. I not keen on being embarrassed." He was glad that Merlin appeared to be doing a bit better. Maybe the balloon was good for him.

"Just tryin' to be 'elpful," he said, "lookin' on the bright side..." "True, can't go breaking school rules can we?"

Merlin laughed at the breaking rules comment from mag, because one thing he did a bit too much was breaking the rules, that's why he knew his way around the forest after all.

"Well I'm only looking after you Drew, as a prefect I have to look after my fellow Slytherins and also the others if necessary." He giggled. "Oh, did you head that? I think my voice sounded like mine! Tam, do you think I'm turning back to normal?"

Tamsin looked at his balloon and smiled. "You are still wrinkly, but maybe it is starting to wear off."

"Yes! I do feel less pain in my legs and back."

Magnus grinned, they all knew he broke the rules a lot as well. "My voice is not deep anymore...which is good cos that was weird. I do 'ope you're returning back to yourself."

Tamsin was quiet, she was very tired and still worried anything more could happen but she had enough with the flowers effect so she wouldn't let anyone else get another one. "Kids, just don't pick any more flowers ok? I don't want any more surprises, I'm sure mother would be more than happy with the ones we got. We got a dozen! That's a lot...thanks for helping me and sorry for the mess."

"Don't be sad Tam, we came to help... Well at least I did, the rest probably came for the adventure and that we got! I wouldn't mind picking more flowers after this effect is gone." Merlin seem in better spirits.

"That's very sweet Merls, but it won't be necessary."

"But Tams," Magnus said, "we got this far, let us get more. Might as well." He felt bad for her.

Tamsin smiled at Magnus. "You are a good boy, but I shouldn't have even asked this from any of you. To be honest I only did because I'm desperate and Ap knows. I want nobody's pity but truth is, this will be the last birthday I spent with my mom and I wanted her to feel special because she is and deserves a happy ending. I'm sure one, just one of these flowers will make her Very happy and I owe it all to you guys." She had a smile on her lips. "So you have to listen when I say, it's enough. I've been quite irresponsible so far for my own selfish reasons... I would never forgive myself if something worse happens to any of you. I already put Paul in that state and Merlin...it's too much."

Merlin felt her sadness and it hurt, thinking that maybe that will be him in a few years made it more painful. "Don't feel bad Tam, because at least I'm not angry with you and I had fun despite the crazy moments."

"Tamsin," Magnus said, "Paul said you gave 'im more strength so 'e could 'elp out. You 'ealed him. If I know me friend, I know this, 'e isn't mad at you. You saved 'is life, you did what aurors do. If anything, I think you gained yourself a friend in 'im and in me." Bold but true. "And Drew 'ere likes you too. Cos 'e wanted you to 'ave a copy of me unicorn drawing to give to your mum. Right Drew? So when we get to the castle, I'll give you one. A unicorn drawing and a dozen black flowers, would that be special to 'er?

Drew was a bit sad to hear that Tamsin didn't want them to pick any more flowers, but he didn't want to force the issue. Especially not after he'd been such a jerk to her about them to begin with. As Magnus revealed his surprise secret, Drew smiled and nodded. "He's right, Tamsin. When I saw you while we watched the unicorns...well, I changed my mind about you and I'd like to do something to help you and make your mum happy. I didn't get any of the flowers...but I will if you'll let me...and I didn't even draw the picture. About all I can do is think of things that might help a little...I hope. And yes, I do like you," he said with a slight blush.

Tamsin looked at Drew with a surprised look in her face. "You asked him that? You? I thought I was not your favorite person." She grabbed his head and rub it. "Aww you like me a bit! You do, you do!" She was laughing and being a complete annoying brat but was her way of saying thanks. "I am quite sure she would love the drawing since unicorns are her favorite beasts." She was thoughtful. "Friends huh? I never had one of those, cept for Ap- the headmistress- and I'm sure I could use a couple more. I would love to think of you guys as that."

Merlin suddenly begins to scream. "Guys! Guys! I'm back! I'm back! Put me down!"

Tamsin chuckles. "You sure know how to ruin a serious moment and turn it into a comedy, don't you?"

"It's part of my charm." He smiled and started running when he was on the ground at last. "Look I can run!" Then, it happened- he trips. "I'm definitely back! I fell again!"

Ducking and pretending to pull away, Drew grinned as Tamsin gave him a noogie. "I do...just a tiny teeny bit," he laughed and then smiled at her excitement. "Having not just one but two aurors for friends will be way cool," he said.

As Merlin returned to himself with a shout, Drew chuckled and the chuckle grew to a full laugh as his friend tripped. "Welcome back, Merls," he grinned. "have a nice trip?" he teased.
