Another sword cav? Kinda meh, I was hoping for a sword armour, we only have like 5 of those, and two of them are BK, and two of them are literally the slowest characters in the game. (unless he is meta great knight - armour AND cavalier, wouldn't push it past them at this point)

Hrid is very pretty, I like his attack art. However I don’t really have the orbs to pull for him at the moment so I’ll have to admire from afar and hope he returns on a banner soon.

(I have a feeling I’ve used up all of my luck on the adrift banner so unless he’s my free pull he’s not coming home this month)

My 155 orbs are ready for the Legendary banner! I wouldn't mind Laevateinn too. And finally I can pull some colourless again since I don't have Nina or Noire. (Only color I won't pull from will be green since I have all 3 already) I'm also glad Forging bonds is about the Nifl siblings! I hope the supports are interesting.

Yeah red looks like a great colour to pull. I don't personally care for Laevateinn but Ryoma and Hrid are too tempting to pass up. I'm gonna be conservative with 3.0 right around the corner and I do wonder what it means for future banners - whether colour sharing will become a staple amongst legendaries or not - but can't resist spending a few orbs.

And yeah, Forging Bonds will be fun. Gunnthrá coming back from the dead, yay!

Congrats on +10 Cordelia, am sure she will continue to serve you well! I have a decent amount of feathers to start putting merges into my Clair but am gonna wait and see if there's any surprises in 3.0 (and also need to decide what I'm gonna do with these Grails hm).

Ah yeah, the grails! I haven't decided what to do either, I sort of want to put some investment into Xander but he's maxed out on HM and also sort of hoping he'll get a refine/good legendary version soon. The other options for me a Michaelis, Arvis or FTakumi but I'll do Cherche first because I have like 13/14 copies of her. You'll have to keep me in the loop re: Clair, she's mostly been Hit and Run fodder for me, but I liked her in SoV and I'm curious about her refine.

Me and my 5 orbs are ready for Hrid/V3/inevitable-Christmas-unit-I-want (I am just /utterly/ rubbish at saving :C) On the plus side I did resist temptation to buy more orbs last night so that's good.

Will be interested to see how Forging Bonds plays out, Feh's comment makes me think it'll be set before things went south with Muspell. I really hope that we'll see a bit more characterisation for the Nifl siblings and less Summoner worship. Would also like to see some expansion on Gunnthra's wish for all of her siblings to live nicely together because it implies some tension, but now I'm getting demanding ;)

Big maintenance soon too, wonder if there's another Feh channel coming?

Speedy swords are annoying. My Swordbreaker Eirika still gets a lot of use in Arena; a Chill would be nice for support and probs workable with A!Tiki to tank but she is good for clutch battles and, usefully, doesn't kill much even with her Atk superboon so my bonus can swoop in haha.

Yeah less summoner worship would be more than welcome! I guess they'll have to give us a FEH channel for V3 as they really didn't give anything away before. The beasts are coming!

And hm yeah not sure whether to give her her special refine or go Def/Res. They all have their advantages but hm. Her statline is like 100% blue Caeda so maybe we should ask haha! How do you feel she plays, especially against stat inflated armours?

I'd like a merged archer but none of the options really jump out to me. Hm, maybe I should just go BK? I think I'll probs go Cherche soon too as I have loads of copies and she's versatile with both Axe and Hammer (mine is +Atk/-Spd too but I'd probs upgrade to +Atk/-Res if that was an option). I don't have a red armour project so BK would be a fun one.

Also lol I need 60 Aether to play Raids at the moment. ;_; Had a really good run today and managed to break all pots alongside my flawless matches so I'm sat at tier 13. I'm gonna need another week to unlock my fifth team slot though; hope I don't run into too many foes who've got there before me.

Ha, I love my Caeda! haha She's proven to be really useful in the arena. Fury/Desperation is a boring set I'll admit but it works really well with her as she needs that extra stats boost and when she is in Desperation range, she can usually check blue armor threats thanks to her good speed. Her statline at +10 (without summoner support) is 43 HP/52 ATK/44 SPD/28 DEF/41 RES (IVs are +Atk/-Def) I run Glacies for special (very appreciated attack boost!) and lately I've been using Double ploy on her (Speed and Def).

I don't think I encounter a lot of high merged armor units in arena yet though :/ (I'm usually only in the 710-716 area for now...) Grand conquests didn't have fliers this time but I'll try putting her on my Cavalry brigade and see how that works! Also I didn't had to fight Surtr yet in the arena, but he might be a problem with Wary Fighter, and he has pretty good Res too so I'm not sure a merged +Res one could be ployed... I guess I'll see more of him next week when he is a bonus unit!

I play FEH too! I main Xander because he's my husband in Fates (I love my dork brother.) Other than that I'm an Azura scum and I have all Azuras minus the new year one because I suck and missed her banner.

- My eirika is swordbreaker too, she is also an arena staple, if nothing else to buff the bonus unit of the week. (Surtur + arena bonus + Eirika's hones is gonna be killer (I hope lol) ) Unfortunately, it's been like 4 months since I've summoned one. She is perpetually stuck at +4. :(

I was toying with the idea of Jeorge project before settling on Cherche - I seem to summon a lot of him when I poke at colourless so I thought why not and Parthia seems to have a decent refine. The start of this FB seemed to be better, I wish they explored the siblings relationships a bit better though, the C supports all seem to be 'hey I met the summoner in my dreams' at the moment.

Did you see, FGrima is going away until Feb, so it's likely Dec will be a new colourless legendary :'D (Also I hope Hríd comes home for you ASAP.

SPEAKING OF HRÍD guys I'm crying with happiness, I scraped together 20 orbs from my remaining chain challenges and her came home with about 7 to spare C': I'm so happy. Lucina rocked up too and both of them of +att -hp. I'm so pleased - I spend so much trying to get her back on her original banner and she just shows up so easily on this one, it was amazing.

And congrats on the Hrid! I got a Laevatein pretty early on. She's +Res -Atk lol. But her base attack plus bladesword is probs good enough to compensate for it. Spent well over 100 orbs going back into reds after deliberating for a while and eventually came out with a L!Ryoma. Also a crappy IV - +HP -Res, but at least Res is a dump stat so yay for that I s'pose. I've given a few recent flying heroes water blessings so happy I have him to support them. :) And got a Noire when finishing the circle - lol probs the one I wanted least here but eh, I didn't have her before. And of course she has the good IV; she's +Atk -HP. Hmmmmmm.

Nice Fae! I added you, thank you so much! I'm going to main Xander regardless (maybe Silas as sub-main because he and my man share birthdays with him huekhuek). I get too many glasscannon mages in my pulls like Ophelia and such, imagine I JUST sacrificed Lewyn just because my Ophelia had the best IV distribution. She's been a terrifying gal with Special Spiral on but still, why are mages such expensive ones. I just want a good ol Axe and Lance because I only have Hector for good Axe lmao.

- Yeah, I mostly want Ryouma for waterboost, I've only got Fjorm for waterboost, I have 2-3 for the rest of them. (5 for wind if you include the stupid spare Lyns I picked up last leg.) Nice IVs on the Noire, too bad her art is so bad, I was so looking forward to her when I saw she would be on that banner, but sigh She's got some interesting skills to fodder off at least?

- Opheila AND Lewyn? Jealous, I have neither :(. Being a Glass Cannon is generally a mage's job! Opheila can rip through teams easily without having to worry about her crummy defences. As for good Axes, there's a lot in the 4* pool that you could just promote. Titania and Camilla are my go-to axes, they are more resistance heavy, which my teams generally need. Frederick or Cherche are good options if you need physical tanks. Of course, there are good ones in the 5* only pool too, Brave Ike, all the Hectors, Amelia etc. but they are harder to get and build up.

So my luck today....

I get a spare L! Ryoma in the first bit of free orbs ( will turn him into a manuel as I'm not sure if he's better off merged or SI ) then I decide to knock out afew Hard mode story Quests I neglected and got L! Lucina. I think that will be enough for now with me getting a new hero considering I still have to blow some free orbs in the Fire and Ice Banner to make my 50 free orbs from earlyer not go to waste.

Edit: and today was double spare day from the fire and ice banner and the new banner ( a spare Hardan and Hector) so I think I'm done with the fire and ice one for now x_x

i know there's a lot of genuine complaints re/ aether raids but tbh... i'm having fun with it. i don't see a lot of the rein/lyn/vero/dancer teams, and being able to only play two matches means i can't get sidetracked gunning for a good streak like with arena. i just wish it maxed out at 50 aether required to play.

light / dark blessings look neat. i think they're legally obligated to have legendary seliph now. (i'm def going to build and bless a regular seliph, just for kicks.)

congrats on the rolls!! nice snag with hrid, and i'm glad lucina finally came home! and yeah, i sincerely hope grima's done for a few months. gimmie a legendary healer!

as for hrid... i think my luck has turned x; i've put orbs into 15 circles and have no hrid or tenth morgan to show for it, wah! it's alright though, he'll be back pretty soon if this banner doesn't work out.
